Crooks! Told me one price and charged me another! Wouldn’t credit me the overcharged amount and just tried to sell me more crap!

Initial review 5÷22÷10. This product is available at mall kiosks all over the USA. I usually avoid all eye contact with these people, but got sucked in last weekend. I spent $ 300+ at the«lead salesman’s cost»; this included all the freebies and supposed discounts. It is impossible to keep up with the actual cost since the salesman was such a fast talker and swindler. He used insults and flattery to close the sale. My downfall was giving the man my credit card, which he would not give back to me, while bombarding me with his continuous sales pitch. I finally gave in, but only to get away… as I’ve read on other reports concerning this business, the only way to get a refund is by taking mall security with you, which I will be doing this weekend. Update 6÷5÷10: I was able to get a full refund by filing a complaint with the leasing manager at the mall. He was very supportive, as was the manager of the business. There were no problems. Apparently, the number of complaints has increased in the past year. The smooth-talking swindler salesman however, was not as fortunate, and was fired, since he had already been given a warning. All of this happened at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento Ca(a kiosk is also located at The Galleria Mall in Roseville, Ca), but from my research, the same hard sale ploys occur nationwide. I was able to purchase the same products, minus the hand cream, at a local beauty supply store for less than $ 10.
