Great Service!
I had the pleasure to work with Jeremy Provchy as my Account Rep. I really appreciated how easy he made this process. I was scared they wouldn’t be able to retrieve my data since I spilled water on my computer :/​. Luckily, Jacob the engineer working on my computer was able to retrieve everything and put it back on my new computer. Both Jacob and Jeremy were very friendly, and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns! Jeremy walked me through the entire process, called me, and even answered my ridiculous questions! He made this process so easy and simple, and I knew my computer was always in good hands. They also are quick to respond, and were done with my computer in a few short days! They also shipped my computer back to my house, which is super convenient. If I ever spill another beverage on my computer I will bring it back to Secure Data Recovery Services, and hopefully I will get the pleasure of working with Jeremy and Jacob again! :)
