Giving a shout out to Jose, Teeno, and Michelle for helping me today in the store! Jose thanks for your patience with me I know I had you working… lol! Teeno thanks for making sure I was taken care of, and Michelle thanks for the heads up and the details of the merchandise! You guys ROCK!!! I will definitely be back to SHOP!!!

Well where do I start?
The location is very convenient for me, I get to avoid terrible mall parking and running into people that id rather not see on a Sunday. The location is pretty big and there was plenty of workers in their today. I’m not sure if the workers are intimidated by black women but no one said anything to me when I walked in. I made eye contact with at least three workers and they all ignored my presence.
I went about the store browsing and waited patiently until an employee approached me.
Once I walked over toward the Timbaland section (which I had no intentions of buying today) I was approached by a nice man. He asked if someone else was helping me and I told him no and I would like to try on the Timbs as well as buy a pair of Nike slides for a friend. He had both sizes in the back and brought them out to me. He was very nice and offered more help but I knew I wasn’t trying to overspend so I copped some water repellent from him for being kind (even though Timbs are technically suppose to be water repellent already).
It was a good buy and I can’t wait to wear my shoes! I’m happy they had the sizes I needed and the line wasn’t long!
They would have received 5 stars if I could have gotten a nice «hello» or something! I would have even taken a head nod lol but another employee did shout «have a great day» from all the way across the store as I walked away!

I would like to give ZERO stars but unfortunately that isn’t an option so one star it is… every time i come to this ratchet place i promise i’m not coming back for the following reasons:
1) POOR customer service
2) BAD GHETTO attitudes
3) ONE person for 20thousand customers; and
4) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (had to say that twice)
I know it’s in South Sac but that doesn’t mean the employees have to act like they just got off the Sac County bus!!!
I’m done & i PROMISE i will NEVER patronize this location EVER AGAIN!

I’m so glad I no longer have to drag my butt all the way to the crowded mall just to look for a pair of boots or heels! I had one person left on my xmas list and wasn’t looking forward to a trip to Arden. Instead, my bf took me here for the first time and we were able to purchase some motorcycle shoes for him and a pair of boots for my sister! The best part; buy one get one half off! Right now, that’s the deal for all their products, except for Jordans and Nikes. They welcome returns and exchanges and don’t give you a hard time at all when you do.
This location is bigger than any of the Shiekh locations in the mall. Both times I’ve been in, they have been fully staffed so you won’t be waiting around for service. This is a great place to go when you’re in need of a pair of decently priced heels for the night or boots for the season! With that said, don’t expect high end products! I wanted a pair of boots but they only had 2 left in my size. One pair was dirty and the other had a broken zipper, both on the right boot so I walked out without anything for myself. =(Friendly staff, I’m a fan!

Something for everyone

I don’t know if it was because they were closing soon or what but I was not getting any attention from anyone. I probably arrived about 45 minutes to closing, there were other customers in the store that also seemed as if they were not being helped either. There were maybe about 4 to 5 associates. I wont be back, i rather go to the one in the mall which actually has more sizes for shoes and better customer service.
P.S There is only ONE mirror on the women’s side. ARE YOU SERIOUS? It’s the WOMEN’S side! We need more than one mirror. I had to share with another customer which was rather awkward.
