I had a time period where I had to move to three different apartments each with similar experiences. Depending on which apartment you’ve chosen, you’ll either get loud neighbors, the smell of weed, or stray cats but the cats are everywhere anyway. The parking space is terrible because there’s no one designated to a certain space, it’s just who gets to it first. There’s also an abundance of trash in certain spaces and nothing to cover your vehicle if it rains. The gate to get in is also gets broken to the point where it only opens enough for one car to get out(which is obviously problematic if there is one vehicle entering and another leaving and this happens often) or it doesn’t open at all. This occurs more often than the days it stays functional. The interior of the apartments are horrible, loose screws, loose/non-working outlets, damaged doors, and incredibly small(but what else did you expect from apartments). Not only that there’s slow maintenance meaning that if you were to request something to get fixed, they’ll say they’ll get to it soon, not giving an estimated time such as a certain day. If for some reason you’ve decided to live here but still want mid-tier internet and such, you won’t get it as multiple ISP’s(Internet Service Providers) don’t support that in this area. To sum it all up, don’t live here even if you’re a very low-income individual, find some place else.
