Shin and Dr. Yoon are actually both pretty good doctors. Unfortunately the two pretend doctors are not, and it’s very clear that they don’t have any skin in the game. Staff are friendly and cheerful but also very lazy and unmotivated. It’s clear that they enjoy their jobs and are gaming the owner that they are somehow«staying busy with *actual* work. Mistakes are frequent and to be expected — so bring a list of things you need to have before leaving because they are too cheap to spring for a stamp when they forget to give you whatever piece of paper you come up missing. Else be ready to drive all the way back across town to pick up what they forgot. On the upside it’s clearly a non-discriminatory workplace — at least with regards to hiring people with multiple facial tattoos & piercings. If you are a workers comp case — avoid these people like the plague! I had to keep calling WC to find out why they kept denying my medications and WC tells me that this Dr’s office are VERYPOOR in their ability to write clear, concise reports documenting the benefit and need for prescriptions. Like many people in life — these folks try to get by doing the absolute minimum. Do yourself a favor and keep looking if you need a doctor. I started with them back when they opened up and still gave a damn about doing things right the first time. I’m currently switching to a new doctor and am leaving their sinking boat…

If there were a zero star I would give it. I see that Todd L posted awhile back(6 months ago). Anyways, nothing has changed. I’ll put in order for you. 1. Front desk staff have not that great of customer service. 2. When an appointment is scheduled at a certain time, you’ll be waiting around an extra 30 minutes because they all are lolly gagging around in the back. Its not fun time, it’s «help» time. Stopped taking your time when you have patients hurting in your lobby. 3. Staff seem to want to talk smack right in front of everyone saying«out with the old, in with the new”(Patients). 4. Dr Carl Shin is an arrogant guy, with horrible bedside manner. Doesn’t seem to give a crap about all of Dr. Yoons old patients. Dr Toon is gone from the office now. 5. Dr Shin needs a lesson on good customer service and proper bedside manners. I mean c’mon it’s not that hard to be nice. 6. This review is on my behalf from what I noticed there. I was just taking my aunt to get a check up. 7. You shouldn’t be there just for the money, you should be there to help people instead of saying your a doctor and for some reason not being able to help my aunt with pain. Really? Then what kind of doctor are you if you say you can’t help with the pain she has. On top of all that Dr. Yoon was the best there and was very polite, and had a great attitude. Since he is not there anymore customer service and the whole atmosphere has gone to shit. Thanks for reading this and I hope it helps you make a better decision on what doctor to go to.

Dr. Shin is arrogant, NO empathy and horrible bedside manner! The office staff is just as bad. You get put on hold, no return phone calls, basically their customer service sucks! If you’re out of medication = they don’t care; if you’re waiting on authorization = you’ll wait, if you think you’re going to get empathy for your condition = think again! This is the WORST medically facility I’ve ever dealt with! UNPROFESSIONAL! Save yourself time and frustration and CHOOSEANOTHERDOCTOR!!!
