Sierra Hart Towing

My friend was in an accident today and her car was totaled. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance and Sierra Hart Auto Service towed her vehicle. At the hospital we realized no one got her keys for her although she repeatedly asked for them. No keys means she is locked out of her house for the weekend unless she pays a $ 100 gate fee to get her keys out of her car. REALLY!!! What kind of crooks are you? This poor woman just lost her 1998 vehicle and does not have a $ 100 to pay your gatekeeper so she can go home and get in her own bed. SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU ARE CRIMINALS AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED! YOU ARE DESPICABLE THUGS CHARGING USURIOUS FEES TO INNOCENT PEOPLE! I will personally make sure I tell this story every chance I can to anyone who will listen with the hope that I will keep other innocent people from doing business with the likes of your company with your repulsive opportunistic practices of ripping unfortunate people off when they are already down. You totally disgust me!

These people are criminals and there is a special place waiting for them in the afterlife. To get my STOLEN motorcycle out from their yard, they charged me $ 250. It was towed 5 miles to their yard stored for less than one full day. The fat woman working there told me my bike was undamaged, despite having the ignition punched, ignition wires cut, speedometer cut off, poorly repainted and a few other damages. When I confronted her about it, she proudly explained that she never looks at the vehicles in her yard. I don’t know what this place did for their sweetheart with the police department, but they will eventually be arrested and imprisoned.

This place is a total rip off and they will squeeze every possible dollar they can out of you !!! If you can avoid using them please do so at all cost. They just want your MONEY and ALL OF IT !!! Extremely unethical and a total RIP OFF !!!

So, I needed my car towed two miles. They tried to charge me nearly $ 200. Said that they driver had to come from «far away» and that I had to pay for his drive to get to my house. I live in 95 818 (it’s not like I asked them to drive to Isleton or something).
Oh, no, no, no. That’s against the law. You can only charge for services you provide.
Stay away. Unethical ripoff artists.
