The absolute worst experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Spiegel’s for the last 5 years, however it was not until recently that I required treatment past the basic annual exam. When it came time for more attention and care, Dr. Spiegel failed. I will never return to this office. If you are currently looking for a doctor, there are plenty to choose from and I advise strongly that you do not choose Dr. Spiegel.

Dr Spiegel not only performed my exam but was able to identify some other issues. She ordered tests to be drawn. She is very knowledgable with fertility and hormones.
The only reason I am putting three stars is because of the doctor and he MA Angela. If not for them I would’ve found a new OB GYN.

Attempted to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was very rude… even more rude when I told her I didn’t have health insurance.

Dr. Spiegel is such a great Ob/​Gyn! I feel so lucky that I found her as my doctor. She is very laid back and funny (yet professional), takes her time with you (I never feel rushed), and answers any questions I have. She and her assistant are always available if you have any questions and she’s personally called me back to talk about test results/​concerns I had.
Dr. Spiegel took care of me for my first pregnancy and is currently seeing me for my second. I couldn’t be happier!
Like one of the other reviewers mentioned, it’s nice to for other women to know who the good doctors are in this area. Every doctor at Sacramento Women’s Health is amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Ahem… yes, I am really writing a review for my ObGyn. Why not? She’s been my doctor for a while and she’s awesome! Women need to know who the good ones are because in my opinion, you have to feel comfortable with the person examining you. So, here’s my review without going into any details– she’s attentive, caring, thorough, concerned, extremely good at what she does and dedicated to her patients. What else could you want from your ObGyn?! She is a popular doctor and sometimes I’ve had to reschedule my appointment because she was on-​call and had to go deliver a baby. Usually not a problem because I call an hour before the appointment to make sure she’ll be in the office. Delivering a baby trumps everything in my opinion so I understand if I have to reschedule.
I recommend Dr. Spiegel based on all my years of going to her. She takes the time to explain things to me, she listens to my questions and answers them. She makes me feel at ease almost like I’m chatting with a friend (minus the stirrups). I don’t feel rushed at my appointments with her. She has a great assistant, Angela. Angela is good at returning my calls whenever I’ve left a message. Dr. Spiegel also follows through with phone calls when it’s necessary. She has even returned my calls when it isn’t office hours.
