This store has never let us down and last night was a prime example. My phone was no longer working properly and since we were due for an upgrade, I came in to exchange for a better phone. Unfortunately, my phone was acting up in the store and it was taking twice as long to be able to transfer all of my info.
Andy and Scott were so kind and patient and never made us feel like we were taking up all of their time, and making them stay WAY later than they should have (which we did). They worked around all the issues that arose and I now have such a pretty new phone!
You guys went above and beyond customer service and I’m so thankful. This is why we stay with Sprint. And now I have a phone ready for my trip! Yay! Thank you so much Scott and Andy :)

The associates are very nice people. I was given incorrect information by one associate however so ran into problems trying to buy/​exchange/​return the Sam 6 and I hadn’t even used it. I agree with the other review… the store manager Jeff has NO PEOPLE skills. I escalated the problem to the corporate level and they were super nice – I got to purchase the phone with no contract which is what I wanted. I will not be going back to this store since I don’t ever want to run into that manager. He should be hearing from someone at the Corporate level.

Came into the store to upgrade my phone and after getting an hour long car sales man pitch they realize they don’t even have the phone I need. What a waste of time! Not helpful at all!

they need more sales associates considering the long wait. I waited an hour and a half just to get a new phone with the sprint service I already had. the sale associates are extremely nice and went above and beyond to make their customers happy. They put everything from my old phone to my new one and even waited to download the newest iOS. even when there was others waiting (which would explain why I waited) Awesome service!

Recently went in to gwt a new plan and the service was absolutely fantastic. The assistant manager helped us from start to finish and even helped me set up my phone. Excellent customer service i reccomend this location to anyone looking for good plans and good service!

My husband and I came in looking to consolidate our family lines and switch to Sprint. The store manager Jeff and sales associate Andy have been nothing but EXCELLENT. We were having major issues from porting numbers from Flash Wireless (never never do business with Flash Wireless!!) to Sprint. It has taken 3 days now, and we are almost there. The issue is with Flash Wireless and not Sprint, and both Andy and Jeff have definitely gone above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned by keeping us updated on the status and giving us work arounds while dealing with Flash in the meantime. I highly recommend going to this location if you’re looking for a new phone since the employees don’t pressure you, and everybody is really cool.

great service by manager Jeff. .the store was packed with only 2 employees? ??? don’t understand it .if it wasn’t for the Manger Jeff. i would have walked out. .for goodness sake hire some more people

Would give zero if possible. Don’t even think about coming here. The manager is a jerk and if your trying to leave the company for their undeniably horrible service, Jeff will try to do everything in his power to keep you there. Not in the nice way. They refused to take the phone back, regardless of the 14 day agreement for the smallest scuff mark on the iPhone 6. The service sucks. NEVER will I be coming back here. Now they are forcing me to pay the full price, saying all I could do is sell it. No wonder you suck!
