The people that work here have saved me from myself and helped me grow in ways I never would have been able to do on my own. You can call your assigned therapist during the day(or an alternate if they’re out for the week) and you’re also given an after hours number for if you need somebody to talk to at night. Everybody is super compassionate and open minded. It’s an all around great place.

I would be commenting on their inability to be responsive to Foster Parents whom they are partnered with. I do know they have made some management changes however, in Feb of 2014 I received written notification that was not in alignment with my own personal standards of communications within a reasonable time frame. This had occurred on more than one occasion or I would not be mentioning it here. Not to mention that my foster youth at that time had to transition with three different social workers in less than 10 months. This is unheard of and I had to wonder why all those social workers left their company.

Apparently a Unilocaler by the name of Barb. H thought I should know this so Barb. H emailed me and said this: FYI: Their website says, «This process may take up to 3 weeks prior to first contact based on the volume of applications we receive. Due to this volume, it is not possible for us to respond individually to applicants we are not selecting for further processing. Please be assured we will keep all eligible applicants on file, and will contact you in the future if a suitable position opens up.» The way they handle calls is pretty normal. It’s unusual for an applicant to expect a call back if they have not been selected as a candidate. This was not a helpful FYI, this only brought up memories my horrible experience with the staff at Stanford and«hiring manager», Elizabeth. If I wanted to read the fine prints of how they handle their application process I would have not written the review I did from my experience. However, when you have submitted applications, and called, and received call backs from other agencies, telling you the same thing you just sent me does not help coming from a Unilocaler. If you have tired calling Elizabeth. FYI: Her voicemail say’s she will return your call back and it came from the horse’s mouth. Let me know if its a success and tell her she’s on Unilocal
