They used to be cool when it was«the Streets of London». but now. .. . Terrible Business! Over charged my card, and claimed they knew nothing about it! No help in solving the problem! Talked to the owner Thaddeus Johnson, No help! Worst business owner I have ever spoken with! I was appalled when I asked for a manager and he told me he was the owner! Terrible customer service! Basically got robbed for coming in to buy drinks and food!!! Issue is still unresolved after speaking with the owner numerous times! Don’t count on this business to put their customers first, unless it is their money! I recommend staying FARAWAY!!!

Great food and beer! Enjoyed a Guinness and fish and chips! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Great if you want to hang out and play darts!

This used to be one of my favorites, then when it became a full bar with the night vibe, I stopped coming in. Just rediscovered it and I’m happy to say the kitchen has been revamped, they still serve classic pub fair but they do it exceptionally. I prefer stouts, porters and Browns and it’s nice to always find a good one on tap. If it’s been awhile it’s worth swinging by, the burgers and fish and chips are sublime.

I love streets! I have been eating here for the last two years and their food is amazing. The Buffalo Chicken Salad is To die for, it might be the best one I have ever tried. I love the fried pickles & fried mushrooms! The service here is always quick and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you have not tried their food you should, it’s great!

Dang. Attempted to give them another chance. Oops. After posting a mediocre review in February, I returned tonight. A Friday evening. Expecting a crowd. I was wrong. No one there. And it’s apparent why: Customer service. Happy Hour ends at 7:00PM. I arrived at 7:03PM and asked if we could squeeze in a quick order under the wire. Nope. No go. Huh? Very uncool. Treat me well and give me a reason to come back. It was the owner who said no. Hmm. And, we had to order drinks and food at the bar as there was no floor service. It remains a mojo bummer that Streets is taking a nose dive. Plenty of TV’s; darts; good food; great location; cool music. Doubt they’ll be there much longer.

I like this place, reasonably priced PBR and pretty good mac n cheese. As far as the food, that’s all I tried. They got a dart board which I never play due to my lack of dart knowledge. They got back and front outside patio area. I prefer the front as it’s perfect for people watching. If weather is good, come get a beer and sit outside.

This is our go to bar it’s within walking distance of our house. The mac & cheese is amazing and they have cider on tap which is always a plus for me. There is plenty of drinks to choose from and beer and food, you can even play darts if you’d like. I also like streets because I can bring my dog here as they have a patio in the front and the back. Happy to be a repeat customer again and again. Every once in a while you’ll find a Groupon for this place as long as you order food you will save Moola!

So it’s 45 degrees outside and they are blasting the a/c and refuse to turn it off… yeah never coming back.

I guess this is place for beer drinkers. Or this is a place for people that eat unseasoned, unflavored food. Will not return.

Great service, atmosphere not too loud or crazy, people have been very friendly here!!! And REALLY satisfied with the food!!! Most bar food makes you feel heavy and uneasy afterwards, but everything here is delicious and homemade/wholesome tasting! I’m impressed!

Thank you Groupon for giving me the nudge to check out Streets. It has been on the outside fringe of my radar until last week. Great beer selection(local, national, international, you name it), and a tantalizing menu of classic pub grub from the British fish & chips and bangers & mash, to American style burgers. Fresh food, cozy atmosphere. My only complaint was my fish was missing seasoning of salt and pepper and I had to flag down the waitstaff to find a shaker. The handcut fries were perfectly crisp, and my date can recommend spending the additional $ 1 for the beer batter on the banger! On the downside, what is up with the sticky tables? Also we were quick to clear out after our meal, happy to miss the reggae DJ who was setting up and would likely have made conversation impossible in a space that size. We will definitely return, even without the added bonus of the Groupon discount.

Bummer. Used to be a cool neighborhood bar. Service was marginal; food was overcooked and under seasoned. No reason for such as there were only a few people in the bar. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I love streets(or pub and grub). Its always a great little pub to stop in and grab a late lunch. While the mac & cheese may need a little salt, I’m always generally very happy with the food here. Great beer selection, great atmosphere, and nice bartenders and waitresses. It’s one of my main go-tos for a night out, as well.

We were there for the Super Bowl and it was literally my rating. Just A-ok. There was no one there besides maybe two other parties which has it’s ups and downs. We had lots of room to sit and play darts — but it’s not the most exciting setting for the superbowl. They had an all you can eat nachos bar which seems pretty good and made my boyfriend’s day. I think that was just a special thing for the superbowl though. I think they were definitely expecting a larger turn out. The patio is nice and big so good for outdoor drinks. I wouldn’t really prefer to come back here though for the inside. It’s a dive bar so nothing special.

Came here with a friend for a late night drink and snack. Didn’t know the kitchen closed at 9 until the manager let me know. I felt bad for ordering food late but he said he would let the kitchen know we had a late order. That was very generous ouf him and his staff to accommodate us. I ordered trhe cottage pie and my friend ordered beer battered bangers. Just what we needed! Super yummy. Thanks again!

This place is under new management and wow!!! Tony and his staff are super friendly, courteous and real. The cook even came out to the table to ask how we were doing. Got the fish, shrimp and chips and burger. Amazing!!!

We went New Years Eve around 5PM. The temperature inside was about the same as outside, 48 degrees or so. So, if you go, be sure to wear a winter jacket, double socks, and heavy pants: keep them on, you’ll be glad you did. The fish & chips were very hot, great fish deep fried, and the potatoes were excellent, many times better that Micky D’s. Our guess is that they weren’t frozen, but made fresh on site. Best fish & chips we’ve tasted.

I walked by this place after watching a movie at IMAX. They had $ 2 taco Tuesday. I ordered 2 beef tacos and 1 chicken taco. I tried the chicken on first and the chicken was a little dry and a lot of tasteless. The beef taco had too much spice on it. It was just ground beef cooked with too much salt and other spices. I couldn’t eat more than half of it. I won’t be coming again.

Unholy holy of holies, your menu boasts of legendary fish and chips! Why on earth would a restaurant blatantly say such bullsh*t and provide such shameful food? To even have the nerve to let that food leave the kitchen. Absolutely appalling. Fries were way way way way way way way overdone. All the fries were ORANGE! That’s how over cooked the fries were! They were all as stiff as cardboard. How could you let that leave your kitchen? Absolute shame on your cook and the waitress who was more concerned taking her smoke break than checking our food before delivering it. Love how she came by our table without making eye contact, looking towards the bar(where we are not sitting) and saying«You guys are alright, right? You don’t need anything». How the F would you know if you are asking a question without even looking at us? i ordered the large STREET’S LEGENDARYFISHANDCHIPS and I get ONEFRIGGINGPIECEOFFISH??? ONEFREAKINGPIECEOFFISHFOR $ 12!!! INKGIVES3 – 4PIECESAND I HAVENEVERBEENSICK! NEVERHADHORRIBLEFOOD! Both of us were very sick within 3 – 4 hours of leaving Streets. I was in my bathroom for most of the night and the next day, afternoon and evening .Talk about reinforcing me resenting myself for making a bad choice to visit Streets. This made me hate going here even more, because the food and lack of behaving like they had any pride in themselves was completely appalling.

Man… this place change a lot, from the last time we went there, that was a long time ago. The owner change, the menu change and the foods too :( Pastrami burger, so disappointed, burger patty dry and look like they got the patty frozen from Costco, with half burn bacon, it was black and crumble pieces, the only one good were the pastrami and the cheese. According the menu, supposedly bun, but I had toast and without a house sauce too. Bangers and mashed, hubby like it, steal some from him, it was ok, nothing special. Strip and fries app, the 5 pcs strip were dry like jerky, fries were crispy and thin, the best thing was the ranch dipping sauce. I missed the oldie Street of London foods, please bring back the bacons ;) Btw, Friday night is live music night and the place not even packed like Street of London.

Streets of London has been my go-to spot for years! I always order a strawberry long island with the fish and chips. Fish and chips is my favorite meal of all time, and this place serves it the best. I live in fairfield, and will drive all the way out here for my fish and chips fix. Had the fish and shrimp platter today. The shrimp were big and plump, crisp and juicy… the fish was a small filet, but I can dig it. My chips tasted a bit underdone. But, overall I still got love for this place. I stop here every time I come to Sacramento to get my hair done.

I had no idea that Streets of London changed their name to Streets! We walked in and were happy to see the bar and menu still looks like the same old Streets of London. We ordered a beer and I had their buffalo chicken wrap which was very good. Super fresh ingredients and the pub fries it came with were really good too! Streets is a great place if you want a relaxing setting to have a beer and some good pub food. Streets has a pretty good beer selection with lots of variety. The service here is great and the food has never disappointed me! Four stars for Streets!

I have been dying for some decent music in this town since I got here so I thought that Thursday night Reggae would do the trick. The DJ was legit. He seemed to know his stuff and he had a cool vibe. I loved the music but I thought the crowd was«Lamesville». BYOFs Bring Your Own group of friends if you want to sway, bump, and grind. Otherwise you will come face to face with Darth Vadder shirt wearing, comic book discussing, figurine collecting… I could go on but… At Comic Con maybe… But please don’t violate the sanctity or Reggae night.

Came here on a Friday night and it wasn’t busy at all. Wanted to use my LivingSocial coupon before it expired. Our server seated us right away and was actually really nice. It was happy hour and she told us the drink specials. My friend got her drink right away and it was not till nearly 10 min later did I get my drink which was just a double whisky neat. I saw it sitting on the counter by its little lonesome for awhile being passed by numerous servers until she finally remembered that I didn’t have my drink yet. We ordered pickles and street balls from the happy hour menu as the appys and we both ordered half fish & chips. We got the entrees first which was backward but ok. The fish was really good. After we finished a bit of time passed before the appys came. They were not that great and were super greasy. Ordered fried oreos for dessert and it was greasy and mushy and I couldn’t finish one. It came with a cookie dough ice cream dip which was good. Great dessert concept but they came out soggy and greasy not crisp. The prices were pretty good and even better with the coupon. Too much greasiness for me. I left feeling like I had a lump in my tummy.

2.5 stars — the culprit? Greasy food. Streets(new owners as of spring ’15) is a casual British themed pub in midtown. It features two patios, bar and dart boards. Check ahead for trivia night, live music and HH. We stopped in on a Saturday, surprised to find it almost deserted at 730 pm. We decided to give the smokers on the rear patio some breathing room and sat out front at a picnic table facing J St. Although our server was excellent, we just couldn’t handle the grease level in the fish & chips! The bangers and mash was just OK, but overall, we were a bit let down. If you’re bringing some friends and want to kick back a few drinks and play darts, this will work just fine. It’s a decent bar/pub but I wish they went the extra mile with the food!

I genuinely really really like going to Streets. I have been a fair amount of times to eat, and plenty of times to drink later in the evening. There have recently been some changes in ownership/to the menu, and I like the place even better now. The food is really delicious and the menu is surprisingly expansive! Tons of crazy sandwiches, burgers, and still some classic English dishes. I’ve really enjoyed the chicken wings, philly cheesesteak, burger, tacos, fish and chips… I could go on :) There are different choices for sides instead of just fries, and plenty of sauce choices if you are a dipper like me. I especially like the thermo sauce, usually used on wings, and thankfully legit spicy(instead of just claiming to be). One of my FAVORITE things about eating here though is that they have raw habaneros in the kitchen and are happy to give you a side if you ask! I put them on everything. The bartenders are always super friendly and most remember me at this point… whoops. What can I say, Streets is conveniently located about halfway between my job and my house! Beer selection is on point. I usually get a pint and a Fernet. The pints here are real pints too… none of those trick 12−14oz glasses. And ssssshhh… on Wednesdays from 9 – 11 you can get them for only $ 2!!! ANY of them. Two complaints: the bathroom is so super tiny and not always very functional, which can obviously just be kind of uncomfortable. Also one song on the jukebox costs a dollar… kind of crazy. Last time was my first time using it and I probably won’t bother again. However, neither of these things prevents me from having a good time every time I go to Streets.

Love Streets of London! Awesome drink specials and it’s usually pretty busy at night and during games! Really nice bartenders and employees. Everyone’s very helpful and friendly! We last came in on Monday after trying to eat at another nearby establishment that happened to be closed on Mondays– we got lucky! I knew the fish & chips here are awesome and we had a random craving so we stopped on in. When we got there it was fairly empty, I mean it was a Monday afternoon so we expected it to be! We sat down and were brought menus and water quickly. We shared an order of fish and chips and I was not disappointed. Even the tartar sauce and ranch was awesome! The fish was very tender and the coating was thin and crispy! Perfect ratio of coating to fish. We could tell the quality of what we were eating! The fries were also great! Thick cut fries are my favorite! We had a great experience here and I noticed that there menu is full of awesome happy hour and daily specials, so hopefully I’ll get a chance to come back soon and try some of them!
