Subway

I had no plans on making a purchase. I politely asked the staff if I could use their bathroom. They said yes. As I proceed to walk to the restroom I slipped and fell on the floor. Upon entry I did not see a caution sign. Aside from that who mops the floor at 7:15 when customers are dining or making a purchase? Shaking my head, teenagers! I let staff know that I fell very hard and they didn’t apologize or even flinch.

I like sandwiches and I like Subway, BUT, I hate this Subway. They’re so rude. They’re always yammering with each other and ignoring you. Then they scream «HUH?!» and «WHAT?» when you tell them what veggies and toppings you want. They do a sloppy job on your food. You’d think all Subways the food would be the same, but NO, here they manage to screw it up. I’ve been here a lot b/​c its convenient location, but I really HATE this place.

We waited 30 min for our food, then all 4 of us got diarrhea within 2 hours, my wife stood up all night vomiting, the counter people don’t see lines.

I’m really big on customer service and this place I wouldn’t go to. I don’t know if this person was having a bad day or had some personal vendetta against or what. But I dislike her attitude and customer service. One example out of many, is where I asked her which bread is the crunchiness and she replied back with a very low tone and I couldn’t hear what you said what was that again and then she yelled back at me I do not like her whatsoever. God for bid me going back to that subway again but if I do I hope I don’t let me to this girl. She did not have a name tag on so I don’t know what her name is but I know that she is just an Asian girl. She gave off this vibe that was not friendly she did not smile not once and talked in a very depressing tone. Besides the terrible customer service the food was great. Obviously a little bit over the pricey side but it was good.

This is my favorite subways. The service is great and they’re really fast!
