the people behind the counter don’t listen to your order and then have an attitude with you when you correct them. they talk in their own language and assume you don’t know what they are saying. hey guess what some people do know your language even if they aren’t the same nationality as you! i have never been into a place where the employees make fun of a customer right in front of them, don’t care what language you speak it still hurts and is wrong. they were lucky there were children behind me or i would of given them a piece of my mind in their own language to really put them in their place. this is NOT the first, second, or third time this has happened at this location. at this point i have to make a formal complaint to corporate and i hope they fix this issue.

Went in to grab some lunch with my girlfriend. We ordered 2 foot longs, 2 chips, and 1 drink. When i asked for spinach on my sandwich the lady gave me a dirty look that my girlfriend noticed as well. While we were eating i noticed a sign that said«buy 2 footlongs and a 21 oz drink, receive a 6″ regular sub free» So after we were done i asked them if we’d be able to get the 6″ sub and the lady behind the counter said she was unable to because i had already been rung up. This is the second time i’ve come here and received pretty bad service. Definitely not coming back.

This place is the worst. They do not honor coupons. I ordered two 6-inch hot pastramis, with different breads and different toppings. At checkout, I presented them with a coupon that said. «BUYANY6-inch sub with ANY drink, and get ANY6-inch sub of equal or lesser price FREE!» «NOTVALIDONFLATIZZA» The girl immediately rejected my coupon so I instructed her to please read the coupon and see exclusion. She took a few moments to review the coupon, acknowledged that the coupon specified«ANY» then mumbled(literally) something to me about how their«locations do not participate with these coupons for the supreme sandwiches.» I needed food bad so I took the sandwiches and passed on the drink. This was the 2nd and last time I do business there. My conclusion: She made up her own policy in an attempt to save face but failed big time.

Really poor customer service and rude. Came here thinking I was gonna get a sandwich made nice but nope. They Indian workers didn’t know how to make a sandwich and when I asked for mayo and mustard on the bread I got all attitude after that. They then started speaking their language to each other and laughing. Obviously it was about me but I don’t care about that but it’s like they’re there and they don’t even want to do their job. Never going back there.

Normally, I can go to any Subway location and expect exemplary service and quality well assembled sandwich Today however, to my dismay of both a customer and a lover of sandwiches this is not the case. I ordered a foot long BLT w/double bacon, a little bit of lettuce, avacado, a couple tomatoes, spinach, onions, pickles, siracha sauce, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Not the fanciest I know, not run of the mill but simple enough that I know that ANY subway worker could assemble it with relative ease, efficiency and without incident. Not the case here. Not on;y did the employee behind the counter pretty much rely solely on the tightness of the paper to hold the sandwich together, she didn’t even bother to cut it in half. Moreover I tried to call the location to at least facilitate maybe further training for the employee in making sure they give a quality product, phone was picked up and then hung up. Sincerely doubt I will go to this location again.

I love subway But this location is by far one of the worst locations ! The lady working almost toasted my sandwich before even asking me if I wanted it toasted. Then had a very obvious expression of irritation at the fact that I told her I didn’t want my sandwich toasted . Terrible customer service!

This location was the worst one I’ve been to in Sacramento so far. The cashier spoke literally zero words to us, and would just look around frantically. I tried handing her a coupon and she acted like i was trying to hand her a piece of poop or something. The Sandwiches were great and they painfully accepted my coupon.. . so I guess it was just a very awkward situation. So awkward that I most likely will never come here again, because Ill always remember it as that one awkward Subway.

I came here early on a Saturday morning while waiting for my car across the street at Les Schwab. I was actually excited to try out their breakfast selection for the first time; I get ads for their breakfast sandwich/coffee combo all the time. The girl working was friendly enough, but was obviously new and did not know the answers to really basic questions. She kept having to walk to the back to ask the lady working with her, which was kind of annoying but still fine. My issue with this Subway was that they did not have the products available that they are constantly advertising. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and the girl informed me that all they had was white or wheat bread. Not even the flatbread that all their pictures advertise. Okay, fine. I then asked if there were free refills for coffee– she proceeded to tell me that they don’t have coffee today. Um, what? It’s 9:30am on a Saturday… why don’t you have coffee?! I get that it’s a Subway and they aren’t known for serving breakfast & coffee, but if it’s clearly written on the menu and on all of your ads that clog up my mailbox, you should have it available for your customers. Oh, and she didn’t even offer to brew a pot. Their $ 5 «Febru-any» deal is crap, too. Because I ordered a breakfast sandwich(which they placed two slabs of ice-cold pre-made eggs, and a few measly strips of cold bacon on), it obviously needed to be toasted. I was charged extra to have it toasted. I was also charged extra for«dining in.» So my $ 5 footlong came out to $ 5.36. Not a big deal, but annoying when it should really only be $ 5, like advertised. I don’t think I have too high expectations. I just wanted a breakfast sandwich on flatbread and a coffee. And no hidden fees. This Subway really disappointed me. I’m sure for lunch and dinner they are great, but for breakfast, stay away.

LOVE this location. They do not skimp on veggies, they do not charge extra to get provolone or swiss cheese. The guys are FUNNY! Without even trying. Just dont wear a low cut top in this store… it’ throws their concentration way off… LOL This location is one of the best by far.
