The old man, im sure he’s the owner since he was bossing employees around. Any way he’s a slow server and overall bad food handler. If looking for fast service this isn’t your place to come.

First impression? Poor. The floor, the tables and the sneeze guard were all soiled. The two teenaged employees were both on their cell phones(one stopped in the middle of making a sandwich to reply to a text!). The owner/manager is hateful and rude person who would rather not be bothered with running an actual business. It says right on the menu you can replace something with a side salad to make your order«smarter»(which is liberal tree-hugger talk for healthy), but the owner absolutely REFUSED to honor that. She also said that if we didn’t like it that we could leave, which we did but not before I informed her that she should log into Unilocal!tomorrow to have a look at my review but she said she«didn’t care what anyone thinks of her.» I’m also going to write to Subway corporate about this because their brand is being represented by someone who doesn’t care.

This location is just not run well. When it’s slow, the employees are in the back, not there to greet customers. My first experience here, my sourdough bread was super stale. I’m talking, the bread was just crumbling apart it was so dry. Flakes of bread all over. And the tomatoes were ice-cold. I returned to the store to tell them my bread was stale. The girl apologized and handled the situation well, offering to make me another sandwich, no hassle. I asked if they had any fresh sourdough; they did not. But they had a TON of it in the trays, just none fresh. I asked if the white was fresh; she said yes. The white was definitely better, but I wouldn’t call it fresh. They had obviously made way too much bread far earlier in the day and it had dried out. Honestly, I question when they made that sourdough because my family owned a sub shop and the bread does not dry out that quickly! When I was starving and wanted something quick, I gave this place one more chance since it was close. They were out of cucumbers and my bread was over-cooked — not burnt by any means, but a little hard and a little dark. I won’t be back.

Customer service here was HORRIBLE. Never going to that subway again. After she rang me up my sandwich was tossed on the counter towards me and before I could even get all my stuff together she started ringing up the lady behind me. Didn’t once say thank you, have a nice day, or make eye contact with me. It was slow and unorganized.

Long lines, and the manager just sat in the back making bread instead of helping her co-worker again. Why did I ever come back?
