My car was pretty much spotless
Got my car back with oil marks, scratches, and chips…
Seriously how can you return a car back all messed up?
The prices are cheaper than most auto shops
I guess you get what you pay for?

Took my vehicle in to have it tuned up and fluids changed. Basic stuff. I almost did not make it to work the following day due to a massive loss of power in the engine. Checked on line, suggested it was the spark plug gapping was wrong or the fuel filter. Had the fuel filter replaced about 6 months ago, and they just tuned it up… so I took out the plugs, they where gapped: .026., .027, .031 and .029, the correct spacing is 0.043″.
As soon as I regapped the plugs, the vehicle runs great and at full power. If their mechanics cannot even do a simple thing such as a tune up, they need to fire them and hire competent people. I ended paying a lot of $ to redo it myself… the right way. On the plus side, they where cheap and fast, so I guess you get what you pay for.

There have been a couple of times I have just driven onto his lot with no appointment — thinking there was a problem when there wasn’t — and they took care of me right away.
The first time I failed to screw my gas cap on for the 3 clicks, so a light came on. The second time I gave someone a jump start the previous day and the next morning my car started up in a slow manner. They checked everything right out in his driveway and assured me both times there was no problem. NO CHARGE.
Go anywhere else and I would have been charged! He didn’t even tell me what a dunderhead I was. Since we discovered them I go all the time! We think you are fab!

I went here today to get an oil change and though there were a few times where I was wondering what was going on – when I walked in they took my phone number asked if my engine was 2.0 or 2.4 then proceeded to type something on the computer for a good 4 minutes without saying anything without telling me what was going on, until the man turned to another guy to hand him his bill and keys — but in the end I left in 20 minutes with a $ 26 oil change.
