My ex husband took our 15 year old daughter in for a trim on Sunday 1÷31÷16. For. A. Trim. I was not there, but I really wish I had been. The«stylist» gave her the worst hack job I have ever seen. It looks like she cut it herself in a dark room. It’s lopsided and uneven in places. She’s only 15 and while she could have spoken up if she had seen it happening, the«stylist» had her turned with her back to the mirror. She didn’t see until it was too late. She is mortified and wearing a beanie to school every day until I can afford to take her to a REAL salon to get it fixed. I am very disappointed that an adult would take advantage of a teenager and not listen to her concerns that they were cutting it too short. This«stylist» deserves NOSTARS but unfortunately Unilocal won’t post it that way.

I came in here about a month ago about an hour before closing. There were two hairdressers working. One person was getting there haircut already, and when I walked in there was no wait. I told the hairdresser who wasn’t doing anything that I wanted to take a few minutes to flip through their books that had hairstyle pictures. She said okay, just let me know when you’re ready. A minute or so later, the hairdresser who wasn’t doing anything announced she was going on her break. I was a little annoyed because at this point I was just about to say I was ready, but since I was the only one waiting, I decided it wasn’t a big deal. A few minutes later, a mother and her son walk in saying that they have a call ahead appointment. So now there’s only one hairdresser on the clock, and now there’s another party ahead of me. At this point, I was fairly annoyed because I was looking at a 30 minute wait now, it seemed. Why did this hairdresser decide to take her break an hour before closing, leaving only one other hairdresser in the store to work alone when there were still people coming in? I was a little baffled, especially since she had acknowledged me and I said I would only be a few minutes while trying to decide on a haircut. A little inconsiderate. Management should have their employees take their breaks earlier in their shift, when there are more employees who can cover. Another guy walked in and waited for a few minutes before deciding to leave. I almost left too, at one point, but figured that I may as well wait it out because I had already been sitting there for 20 minutes. So finally, after about a half hour of unnecessarily waiting, it was finally my turn. They muttered an apology about the wait and I didn’t really have anything to say to that. They did a pretty average job on my hair. I got the feeling she was just trying to get through it so she could close the store for the night. It seemed rushed. I’ve had better haircuts. I guess I can’t really say I’m surprised because I’m well aware that Supercuts isn’t really considered a prestigious salon. Still though, I’ve been to other Supercuts locations and have had much better experiences at those ones than at this one. I doubt I would come back to this one.

I end up getting my haircut here about once a month. I vary a little the closeness of the cut but the style is pretty much the same. Even though I tend to get a different person just about each time I go here, the haircut has been fine. That’s testament to the people working here.

I’ve never claimed to be a high-class dame, but Super Cuts would not typically be my first choice for hair care. However, I’m on a tight schedule and I’m cheap, and since I’m growing my hair out to donate, I’m not particularly concerned with style(not that I would be overly concerned anyway). So Super Cuts was a cheap and easy way to get a simple trim. I came in at opening on a weekday, and was disappointed that here were already 2 people ahead of me. After a wait, I sat down in the friendly stylist’s chair and told her what I wanted. She did exactly what asked for(even though it didn’t look great… it’s my fault because asked for it), and I paid and was out the door quickly. If you’re just looking for a simple trim, it’s a cheap and easy choice.

this review is for Alessandra who works at this location. after the first time she cut my hair i requested her specifically for my second cut. she listened to my wishey washy description of what i wanted and cut my hair perfectly. i’ll definitely be going back. and also for those who don’t know, you can go back within 7 days and have it cut again for free if you don’t like the way it was cut the first time.

By far the best value and crew in Sacramento! I’ve gone for both myself and my 8 year old son and 12 year old girl and we all got quality cuts at an incredible price. The girls working inside are incredibly friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. Was introduced to a new product for my hair last time that I now can’t live without! Big thumbs up for the Fair Oaks Blvd Supercuts!

You would think from the previous review that this Supercuts simply shaves off all your hair when you go in for a haircut. I am happy to report that any deficiencies this place may have are highly exaggerated. I am new to the area but have always liked what Supercuts does with my long hair. I looked up the most convenient location to me and got my usual trim. Barbara, who cut my hair, was very personable and professional — she cut my hair just as well as the other people I have seen at other Supercuts. I was very pleased with my experience and am glad to know there is a Supercuts close by. I will gladly come here again.

I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to this chop shop AGAIN!!! The posted price is $ 12 for a haircut. I was charged 15! I was told that it was because I had ‘long hair’. Folks, my hair barely brushes my shoulders. I was charged the same price for my son because, ‘You requested a cut with a razor’. HEIS A BOY! I am soooooooooooo pissed off. They didn’t cut my hair hardly at all, it still ‘flips’ on the sides, they didn’t thin out my bangs and to top it off, they only used the razor on my son’s sides, they didn’t even touch the top! He asked for a little more off the top because it looked ‘clumpy’ and the girl got defensive. Sh*t! When I asked if she could blow it dry a bit so I could see if it was enough off, I was told it would be $ 12EXTRA! I was told ‘this is an ala carte shop’. I can’t believe she kept a straight face while saying that one. DON’T EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVERGOTOTHISHORRIBLEPLACEEVER!!! Now I have to truck all the way across town to go to my old place and spend more $$ to fix what they screwed up on. ARGH! ********ZEROSTARS************* P. S. I LEFTNOTIPEITHER!
