I can confirm they write your name on your shirts with a permanent marker!!! I couldn’t believe it. Do not take your expensive items here… check that — don’t go here!

I’ve been going here regularly and love the service they provide. Everyone is very nice and they do a great job. I’ve had women and mens clothing dry cleaned, used their seamstress to fix multiple pairs of pants, and used their stain removal services. If they don’t get something out the first time, they willingly will try again at no extra charge. To me that is great service. Prices are average but well worth it given the product they return.

Very disappointed! They destroyed my new shirt and tried to pretend that I brought it already in a bad condition. Two days passed and the owner did not bother to call and apologize!

They write your name inside your clothing in permanent marker. They only wrote inside my dress shirts, not the suit I had them clean and press. They do this to save money rather than putting individual tags on each item of clothing. Now 9 of my shirts say «Marcus 9.»
Aside from that they were friendly, had about average prices and average turn-​around time.

No serious problems the three times I visited – once for dry cleaning a New Year’s dress and twice for hemming. I dry cleaned a silk dress that totaled to $ 16, pretty pricey but I did stain it quite a bit. The hems totaled to $ 10/​each. Solid job at a reasonable price.
No complaints.

Ick! We dropped off some things for the first time this week and they came back with some crusty bleach goo that ruined two expensive shirts. AVOID THIS PLACE!

They used plastic clamps instead of a safety pin to hang my skirt from the hanger. They also put plastic under dress shirt collars to keep its form.
Love that.
