Swentowsky Photography

After receiving our father daughter pictures I phoned Swentowsky to inform them they had made a mistake. We asked for pose #2 and they sent us prints of pose #1 and felt they were doing us a favor by sending us the second pose. Although we told them the night of the dinner that we would pay for both. The lady informs me there was a misunderstanding then attempted to charge me $ 90 for an efile of the 2^nd pose. Even tho we have already spent $ 100 or more for their error. I tell her that is outrageous and she informs me she can make it $ 45 & it is illegal to make a copy of the photo. This is laughable, I will not pay for their error. Terrible service and no correction of their mistake. Hopefully Sutter Club wises up & uses another company in the future. I will never recommend this place.

The photographer and staff were extremely rude and unfriendly during a shoot for my children’s school event. They were not helpful nor approachable and his assistant Kara was giving sneering looks. I did not appreciate the attitude as well as their packages are over priced for a mediocre product.
