T-Mobile

I’ve been to this place 3 times just to make a payment, and waited over a half hour EACH TIME! One of the guys who worked there even SKIPPED me and helped a different person due to his «reason» for visiting. From my observation, they take customers who are inquiring on purchases first. They have a system where as soon as you walk through their door, they ask for your name and reason for visiting.
I’m assuming it’s for their «organizational» purposes (or so they try to portray), but you’d think they’d have a kiosk or someone working behind serving the customers who just need to be in and out. This is the most unorganized store I’ve ever experienced with t-​mobile. Never again.

DISAPPOINTED! The customer service representative that helped me with a new activation gave me misleading information so she could reach her sales quota. She kept on insisting that I get the 10BG plan, which I did not want and need, because the Music Freedom was not available on the lesser data plans. I had a chat with another Representative from TMobile and he informed me the Music Freedom was available on all data plans including the 2BG, while the Binge On was only available on the 6GB+ plans.

The customer service is decent here. However, T-​Mobile networks sucks! When you get signal it’s fine, but when you dont, forget using the internet. I live in the pocket area, and let’s just say the only thing keeping me from switching is the low 2/​$ 100 rate we were locked in. Upgrade your so called upgraded network.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review, as it has never been a priority. But the service I got at this store was so stellar last night that I’ve taken out time to commend the staff through their district manager and also happily write this review.
Arturo was so knowledgeable, patient, and experienced in working with us to copy our data and transfer our two phones. He provided the best telecommunications service I’ve received in 25 years. His expertise was obvious and his patience in dealing with our needs as well as balancing other clients’ needs was commendable.
Also, he and his team obviously work well together. They have a lot of respect for him, and he for them. This results in fabulous customer service. Thank you!

I went there to Jump phones and my experience was awesome thanks to Jonathan. They were really patient with my and he did his best to see that I was able to get out of there with the phone that I wanted. Great store great service and it’s the only T-​Mobile store I’m going to while in Sacramento.

Jonathan was my hero! He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I received the best service and even though my old phone was a pain in the bum, he kept at it using all his resources to transfer my data. Thanks Jonathan!

I lost my phone and went in for a new one, only to realize I didn’t have my wallet. The woman explained she wouldn’t be able to help me without a photo ID. I had a meltdown and left the store pretty embarrassed.
I returned to the store today and the same woman, Juanita, was the associate that helped me. Juanita was very professional, friendly and helpful despite my previous meltdown. All of the associates were very friendly and had great attitudes. I was helped in a timely manner and left a happy customer with a new phone. I will definitely return to the store in the future and appreciate all of the helpful service I received!

my favorite t-​mobile store in sacramento, everyone is super knowledgeable, and friendly. very professional and helps solve all my issues. they always hook me up when I get a new phone, will come again for any other purchases in the future. there’s always parking too, I’ve been to other stores and there is never any parking, but that’s never a problem at this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now. The customer service is great and the people there are knowledgeable. Sometimes I have to wait a while to be helped but it’s all worth it, I imagine why everyone would want to come to this t-​mobile. I always feel welcome and appreciated. I’m never going to another location!

Very good experience, as soon as I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by all the staff and the ac was on full blast, which was great relief from the scorching heat outide. The lady helping me out was very friendly and took time to figure out what was best for me and my needs. I left with an amazing phone, and finally left my old provider, which was charging me an arm and a leg. I left feeling happy about my new purchase, and was treated like family at this location. Will refer all my friends and family to this location.

Great people plus it helped out that most of the staff were bilingual. Fast service and everyone greeted as we walked in.

Love this location, super friendly staff, everyone speaks Spanish, which is great for the area known as little Mexico lol. Very helpful and super clean store, this is the only place I can trust to make all purchases, whether it’s a phone, beats headphones, bluetooths, ect. Sometimes its super packed and have to wait in line, but definantly worth the wait.

When I first walked in the store it as clean and I felt real welcomed, then I was asked the reason for my visit and I started to vomit my reasons, short story some guy from Arden mall changed my account without my knowledge so I was pissed, the manager helped me out because that’s what I asked for and she was super nice and took care of me immediately and even helped me with my phone since it was running slow and found out it was that guy at the mall he changed my account to the 10 gb a month and I use over 30 gb because of work but anyways I also upgraded and and will always go to this store and only the same person again she was awesome and highly recommend the girl store manager

They have great customer service and everyone tries to help each other out although for a place as busy as this one they need more employees. We went in to upgrade and we were there for 3 hours! It was only for 2 phones. The employees are definitely not the problem, just seems their ALWAYS short staffed.

Only go here if it’s absolutely NECESSARY. The employees here seems to have a problem with allocating their time wisely. They will spend 30 minutes trying to sell you a phone and making conversation, buttering you up, while they let others wait to make a simple payment for a phone bill, which only takes about 2 minutes max. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes standing around before you get any attention. Also, if you’re pretty, or look like you can kick their ass, you will most likely be helped first no matter when you arrive. Very unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic.

Upon arriving to the location, I’ve noticed that the store is relatively Monoracial lol. There was only Hispanic employees in there which is fine but weird since there was no diversity. Anyway the store itself seemed to be clean and in order, all employees wore uniforms and none was rude. My sister, dad and I was immediately greeted when we walked through the door, but the employee had her feet up on the desk which wasn’t professional. We told her that we had an unlocked phone that needed a new sims and activation. Many stores will charge $ 15 $ 20 or try to scam us like this other place we went to, but this place charged $ 10! Which was awesome, we were seen right away after signing in by someone that was probably the manager of the store. She helped a lot of the staff there that didn’t know what they were doing. I guess we got lucky! The phone was activated, paid and done. It was SO quick ! This review is actually 4.5 stars, minus half a star for the feet thing in the beginning and the lack of staff that needed one person to help them with simple questions. We got lucky with the manager, the other family coming after us? Not so much lol.

I went back to T-​mobile because I needed the international calling aspect that Verizon doesn’t provide. So far I’m not happy. The people in the shop were friendly enough, but not well trained by the company & the sign up process took way too much time. Since receiving my phone I have had nothing but trouble with customer service online & on the phone. I’m not happy.

If it was possible to give half a star, I would. The service here sucks ass! I have been waiting for over more than 20+ minutes and there is 3 workers. And they have been helping for over 20minutes. They are just paying the bills and the workers are talking to them ! Recommend going to a different tmobile from here for a different service !

I went in last week to order my new iPhone, and I came back in today after it got shipped to me.
I have to say, Priscilla and Alba each helped me on different days and they were awesome. Very personable, genuine and sweet. Great service! I really appreciated them! :)
