Taco Bell

I’m going with 3 stars, pretty average Taco Bell. I’ve never had a problem with this location. Today, the drive-​thru gal was super friendly and patient. The only thing is that they do not take the Z-​Best coupon book coupons.

I came in this morning to try the new AM crunch wrap, and ended up finding a short black hair in the middle of my wrap. They clearly do not check their foods prior to serving, and only make the girls wear hairnets which is a problem in itself. Luckily they willingly gave me a refund. Nonetheless, I will not be returning.

I got the daredevil ghost pepper because I like hot food. It was horrible. Nothing spicy about it at all. The only spice from it was some kind of lays hot chips. And we got the other two and they were not what it was expected of it

Place is clean and bug. Lot of parking space and tables. Service was a little slow when I came here. Food was like 9^th we taco bells. Not cheap like some that give you a little meat.

Sooo there is a girl named adriana who works drive thru here good luck she seems so unhappy with life. she can’t even fake a smile when asked to have nice night… she’s rude as hell please just quit already.

Taco Bell is by far my favorite fast food… yes it’s super fake mexican food. but dam it’s delicious!!! I don’t go here often but when I do I get a TON of food haha. The line usually isn’t too long and the service is okay… The reason I didn’t give five stars is because I feel as though the ingredients have been getting more and more sparse. Best food for the «drunchies» lol.

How often do we encounter unpleasant workers at fast food restaurants? On the flip side how often do employees at fast food joints encounter impatient & unreasonable customers?
Just now after receiving my Combo #1, Burrito Supreme & Taco Supreme I had asked the employee if I may have a small side of the hot sauce that comes over their enchirito. As if he felt bad having to tell me, he says i’m sorry but i have to charge you for it. Of course i had no problem paying so with money in hand he said, «it’s okay sir, here you go.» As i sat down to eat, i realize i was given a regular taco instead of supreme. So i brought it to the employees attention. He immediately apologized and said i’ll fix that for you. Since i ate half the taco i said no worries, don’t worry about it. I return to my seat and he says, «sir, may i get you a desert» i declined knowing that didn’t need the extra calories.
As i observed this young mans customer service, it was refreshing to see a person smiling at all times. He greeted each customer that walked in. And of course he made every effort to make right of my situation.
Was he in a management position? Not at at all, he was just a service champion. Well done Norman Waktkins…
I have frequented many taco bells. By far this location has always been consistent with their prompt service & overall level of customer service along with cleanliness for a fast food chain, this location earned & deserves the 5 stars that i’m giving them.

I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in many years. In fact, I pretty much forgot about what the food at Taco Bell even tasted like! We usually like eating at our local neighborhood taquerias instead. So when Joe K. suggested eating here for dinner after a long tiring day, I wasn’t too excited, but agreed. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a pleasant young lady working the counter. Few customers were inside, but several utilized the drive thru instead, probably because it happened to be Super Bowl Sunday.
I immediately noticed that the wall menu had a lot of selections and various combo meals to choose from. They even had some delicious sounding fruit flavored iced drinks. However, the writing on the display seemed a little small for me to read, so to avoid the risk of holding others up, I just ordered something I was familiar with. I was somewhat hungry, so decided on a combo meal that included a regular beef taco, burrito supreme and a large drink. The interior was clean and the condiment area was fully stocked and well organized. The self serve soda fountain offered several drink selections and I was glad they had some of my favorite flavors.
We sat in the quiet dining area and soon received our meals. After a few bites of my food, memories of eating at Taco Bell came flooding back. They had absolutely not changed a bit! The sauces, the shredded cheese, lettuce, ground beef, even the taco shells were exactly as I remember them as far back as the 1970’s! Nothing special, but OK enough to satisfy ones hunger in a pinch. Since Taco Bell has remained a standard in the fast food industry, I guess making any changes or improvements would be a gamble to their popularity. While I don’t have any immediate urges to eat at Taco Bell anytime soon, I am curious about some of their other menu items that are new to me. But if the time comes to choose between Taco Bell or a taqueria, Taco Bell will be low on my list.

Dude, security sucks, service sucks, food is just enough to you by. Like I know this is Taco Bell, but fuckin up on every other order and calling out the wrong names isn’t cool. Like my name on the order was TJ, why did he call an Adam when there was no Adam’s for any of the people waiting… You have got to be shittin me on the level of stupidity and lack of common sense.

been coming here 3 years now, staff is always been pretty good helpful nice courteous, food has been hot, orders have been placed right. inside is clean. overall it’s a pretty good Taco Bell. haven’t had any complaints for this place.

you know i have been here olenty of times but every time i come they managed to make me wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food and always seem to mess up my order like today forgot one burrito and also my chalupa had damn near no chicken or my steak grilled stuff was no steak in it… WTF!!!

If I could give no stars for the experience I just had here, I would. So this one star goes to the poor cashier who got caught in the middle of this.
I went through the drive-​thru and decided to get the game day variety pack, which comes with 6 regular tacos and 6 Doritos Locos tacos. I got home to find that they gave me 12 regular tacos instead, and one of us really wanted those Doritos tacos. I only live about 5 minutes away, so I decided to go back and ask them to correct my order. It was all downhill from here.
We went inside, waited patiently in line, and told the cashier what the problem was. We weren’t trying to get any money back, we weren’t looking for any special treatment of any sort. The cashier offered us a free soda, which we respectfully declined. We just wanted 6 of the tacos to be switched with Doritos Locos tacos as we expected. The cashier then called over to the assistant manager, Lori S., to solve the problem for us.
The problem is that Ms. S. was extremely rude to us. She pointed out that when it said «taco party pack» and «12 taco variety» on the screen, we should have caught that that was not what we wanted, and she literally told us that it was our fault that it was wrong. It is not uncommon for the wording on the screen to not be verbatim, Lori. Regardless, there is no need to be so combative with a person who isn’t even raising his or her voice with you.
We waited a few minutes for the tacos to be switched out, and we went back up to the counter to get them. Lori then asked for the receipt to do something with it on the POS. That was a little irritating, as we had already been waiting, but whatever. Since we had to keep standing there with her, we tried again to calmly explain to her why we would have made this mistake to begin with (since it was our fault!) Both her tone and body language indicated she was still very unwilling to be empathetic and redeem her customer service skills. At this point she had ceased to do whatever it was she needed to do concerning the receipt because she was too interested in arguing. I asked her if we could please just get the receipt so we could go, because this whole ordeal had taken a long time; she looked me directly in the eyes and with a whole lot of snark said «you don’t have to be rude, and you will get it when I’m done with it». Because *I* am the unreasonably snappy one, right? We finally got the receipt, and as we were opening the door to walk out she yelled «and you should never come back here!»
And I won’t be back, because that kind of terrible customer service is unacceptable even for a fast food establishment. I have never seen anything like it in my life. It was completely ridiculous.

Decided to stop here for lunch a couple of days ago. The food quality was okay I ask for a side of green sauce which I didn’t get instead it was inside my cheesy roll up. Order one taco supreme too much lettuce barely no cheese and way too much sour cream. Coming back just for the baja freeze next time

Awful. Their Chipotle Ranch Chicken Loaded Griller had 5 tiny pieces of chicken in it and waaaaaay too much ranch dressing/​cheese sauces. The chicken didn’t even complete a single file line across the tortilla so I was mostly eating sauce & tortilla with each bite. They need to rename it Chipotle Ranch Griller Protein Diet.

They dont accept entertainment coupons or school fundraiser coupons. Of the two taco bells near me they both dont.

Fast ‘mexican’ food and should be reviewed as such.
Freezes (blasts?): I see these as thicker icees. Each time I give them another chance Im unsatisfied. The Baja blast (mt dew flavored) tasted flavorless quickly, and quite watery. The black cherry flavor tasted somewhat bitter. Id rather get the regular icee cherry flavor. They ARE thicker fyi, the ice chunks are big.
Burritos: Awkward to eat. Im fine with beans, meat, and such, however one is always extremely prominant on one side of the burrito and vice versa. This also includes the sour cream. There were several instances where a third of my burrito was sour cream, then as I bit down more then just beans, then just meat and so forth.
Workers: Quite friendly! Doing what any employee should do. One (younger) employee at the register, however, seemed like she really didnt want to be there. But thats fine

The employees need to stop talking to their buddies through drive thru bc ppl have orders too and we don’t have all day. Dumb hoodrat bitches.

Each time I go here the staff is friendly and really upbeat. The food is usually ok except for a few times they mess up the order by leaving something out. It’s bothersome how the slush drinks are always out for the flavor I want. Never fails. But overall this is one of the best Taco Bells to go to.
