Poor service, EXPENSIVE, try to obstruct you from moving service claiming bundled service, their delays make you pay for duplicative services while in transition, non-responsive to requests to port over lines to new carrier. Don’t respond to PUC complaints. Don’t do business with them. We have been a telepacific customer for around 5 years with a monthly bill around $ 3,000. Over the years the bill grew 7 to 8% per year. When we started service we transferred 4 locations in different cities. They bundled all services on one account on one billing. This was not what we wanted. They told us they had to be on one account. Now we know why. We decided about a year ago to switch to a VOIP system and tried to transfer out the first site. TelePacific would not allow us to port only one site to a new carrier. They indicated we had to switch all sites if we wanted to change. We filed a complaint with the California PUC. There was no movement on their part. We put in place other data services for each site as they were also providing data and we needed to ensure continuity of service whey we finally did get the move done. We ended up paying for double data services during the period TelePacific would not allow us to port other services. I do believe this company purposely puts controls in place to make moving away from them difficult and much long than necessary. DON’T DOBUSINESSWITHTHEM!

Absolutely do NOT go with TelePacific! Not only are they the most expensive company to go with but they are the slowest! My customer service rep has been great with me on the phone and very patient. He is taking the wrath of my yelling at him for how ridiculous their company is. I was told this morning that they are capable of having my service set up by my requested date but in order to do that I would not just have to pay the ‘express’ rate of $ 800 but the ‘express, express’ rate of $ 1,500. So if it is possible for them to have my service up and going then why not flip the dumb switch. DONOTGOWITHTHEM! Unfortunately in the building that we are in it is the only option.
