Stopped in on the way to airport for a quick bite. Found Thai Princess on Unilocal so decided to try it. Friendly staff. Clean and convenient location. They had a variety of lunch specials to choose from. We ordered the yellow curry and drunken noodles along with potstickers. Portion sizes were perfect and food did not disappoint! Will definitely be back.

This place was delicious! The chicken pineapple rice was the bomb. I called in my order and it was tightly wrapped and packed for safe travel. The staff was quick to greet me and gave me my order. There is plenty of seating and clean. I would recommend.

I love larb and I try to order it at different places. The time that I ordered it here, the larb only had literally a few vegetables(I could pick them out and count the pieces) and it was mostly meat and did not taste good at all. Even though Thai Princess is down the street from me, I would drive to Bangkok Garden just to get really good Thai food. Worth the extra miles and money.

Really tasty and to-go orders make it a no brainer for those days when you’re coming home from work and want good food. I love the Pineapple fried rice with chicken and their drunken noodles are great. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Yum!

pretty mediocre thai food. I ordered to go for my sister who was nursing a hangover: chicken satay: really good. I would order this again in a heartbeat even though the peanut sauce that came with it was just ok. drunken noodles with beef: noodles were not really flavorful at all. wouldn’t order again. thai fried rice with chicken: again, not the normal flavors I would expect from thai cuisine. wouldn’t order again. panang curry with fish: the curry itself was really good, but the pieces of fish were super tiny. I think it would have been much better with salmon rather than white fish. overall, I’d say this place is decent, but nothing to crave or visit on a regular basis.

Probably the most terrible Thai place around. It is too Americanized and too sweet. Where the hell is the duck in the duck curry? Cmon, we paid good money, now give us some decent food.

This place is thai-rific! Yes, it’s in the space the used to house Bangkok Garden, and it’s different ownership. But, their food is pretty darn good. My fave thai food places are Thai Spoon and Bangkok on 12th, but when we’ve got the yearning for Thai, as we did this evening, Thai Princess is closest to home. Plus, what’s nice is the staff is very nice, and your food comes out fast, and if you order a glass of wine(as Hubby did), you get a pretty generous pour for only $ 6. This night, I got the Kai Khow with chicken, which is the first time I tried it and I really liked it. Basically, and pan-fried noodle with crushed peanuts and garlic and general yumminess. Big portion, half of which will be lunch tomorrow. Hubby opted for the garlic chicken, which he devoured in one sitting, even after we started off with potstickers(which were great, especially with the accompanying dipping sauce). For a Saturday night at 6pm, it wasn’t crowded, which at first worried me because how are they gonna stay afloat? Answer? Tons of call in/take out orders! In our time seated at our table, we must have seen at least eight pick-ups and heard several more call ins. Phew! I’m all for helping out small businesses in Natomas, so we’ll be back… and I encourage folks to give Thai Princess a try.

Ordered the curry duck to go and was very pleased. The last few Thai places I went to had curry duck but that tasted like pineapple soup not curry duck. This place looked clean, they had a big screen with basketball on and they have beer. The owner is also a real nice lady.

We may have gone on the wrong day but service was kind of slow and the good was not as good as I anticipated maybe I’ll have to give it another try since it’s so close

I remember the first time I went to a Thai restaurant, I did not like the food. Well I thought I just didn’t like Thai, but it was the restaurant that my friend took me to. I’ve gone to several over the years and do like Thai food. Anyway, my coworkers decided to do a lunch out to Thai Princess and I was glad I went. I went two days later by myself and am hooked! It is fantastic there! Everything I have tried is wonderful! So far is the garlic chicken is my favorite!

Restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and very quaint. Great ambience as you walk in. Staff was friendly and quick to greet, take order, refill water, etc. I tried the angel wings and fried shrimp for app., Thai fried rice and drunken noodles as entrée, to go along with the tai iced tea! Food was good and had a nice kick. The angel wing was a little dry for my liking, but the sauce is a nice compliment. All in all a great place for lunch or dinner for an affordable price.

Very happy with all aspects of our visit. Fast service, friendly staff, great food. Everyone was happy when we left, and the total price was much less than I expected to pay: 38 $ for six people. We will definitely go back.

This place is so good! Below are a few items I have tried. Curry with crispy duck Papaya salad Curry ribs Coconut soup with seafood Thai fried rice Everything was delicious, level of spice was just right, and portions are good(not the typical Thai place where the portion is super small)…you can definitely share with 2 – 3 people for each entrée. The décor is nice, modern, and very clean. I come here a lot for take out as well!

We love it here. Quite. Fresh. Friendly. I love the pumpkin curry. Hubby loves the Thai fried rice and angle wings but everything is always good. The ladies are always so kind to us. Thai tea for all!!!

I’m a fan of Thai curries, with the Red curry being my favorite. They do this one well, with it having just enough coconut milk to temper the heat and let the curry flavor come through, but still have some kick. I’m not a big fan of the eggplant(a little too sweet for this dish, imo), but that’s easy to pick out and there are plenty of green beans and bamboo shoots to fill in. I usually get this to-go for lunch at least once every other week. The woman behind the counter is nice too.

Came here for lunch with my coworkers. This place used to be Bankok Garden. I was a fan of Bankok Garden but I like this place better. The food comes out quick and hot. And there level of spice is spicy goodness that makes my bald head sweat. Lol. Only dare to get the Thai Hot if you are one brave soul, and this is coming from someone that loves spicy food. I’d give it 5 stars but the place was slow when we went and the service could have been better. I possibly could be nitpicking… Love the green curry and green bean shrimp!

I’d love to see a princess finish these portions. Late night dining options are scarce outside the Sacramento area, and my coworker and I had to time our workout in order to get our dinner. We placed an order for pickup at 9:30, their closing time, which briefly confused our hostess. Needless to say, we arrived at 9:33(whoops) and took our meal back to the hotel. The most surprising element was definitely the portions. I wish we knew the summer rolls were vegetarian, however they gave eight pieces! My shrimp pad thai was at least 3 pounds, and flavor didn’t suffer. The noodles were perfect Q consistency, weren’t overly sweet, and still had that savory element I required in my dinners. They were also very generous with the shrimp(I counted at least ten pieces). My coworker’s green chicken curry was aight, although Thai curry usually isn’t my thing anyways. I probably won’t be back to Sac anytime soon, but glad to know they have a decent Thai option!
