I lived here for less than a year in 2011. I broke up with my ex and had to hit the road. I liked living here. I even referred a coworker that I kind of regretted referring. She was kind of a partier and moved in above the apartment where the couple who manages the complex lived with their kids. I heard from her that the husband got kind of direct about the noise. I never had a problem living there so I assume my coworker was being inconsiderate. I liked the patio areas because you could plant things if you lived on the first floor. Central air and heat was nice because most midtown buildings lack that so it was pretty cozy during winters and cool during summers. Of course no gas stoves and carpets in the building which is the norm for most of the more affordable complexes with central heat and air. Makes me appreciate my current kitchen and floors much more than I ever did. Bill and Kelly were awesome managers though and its a great and affordable place to live. Also I passed this place on my way to the Sunday farmer’s market and was pleased to see the building got a face lift and looks less like the SF projects/slums. That def helps. It was a shame when I lived there because the outside def didn’t reflect the comfy insides. Love love their laundry room btw. Lots of machines and dryers. Tiny pool but the fact that they have one has got to count for something and it you do 100 laps its kind of like working out in a regular sized pool. teehee

Dirty lobby: FILTHY dirty lobby floor. Garbage in the hallways outside apartment doors. Major, significant and ongoing plumbing problems fixed but NEVER resolved.
