Wow so this staff is pretty freaking amazing here! They are extremely helpful, and shout out to Julian and Madison for helping my mom and i finding an apartment in just 3 days! I recently found out i was on the waiting list for a dorm at Sac State, and Julian and Madison went out of their way to help me!
Such professionals and great people! Signed my lease, i move in this august! I can’t wait! Thanks again to the foundation!

I am so excited to move in to The Foundation in August! The staff was super friendly when they helped me fill out the application and since they can receive text messages, it made it really easy to get simple questions answered.

Rohnert Park, CA
I signed my lease with them a few months ago and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The office is organized and very cute. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Puneet helped me sign and she was incredibly helpful and kind when it came to answering all of my questions. The apartment complex itself looks absolutely beautiful, modern, and extremely convenient for students. I would highly recommend anyone looking for housing to check this place out!

The people who work for the apartments are super sweet. I signed my lease and can’t wait to live there next year. They make everything really easy and explain everything. They also hold really awesome events at their leasing office!

Haven’t even moved in and already know it’s gonna be perfect living here. The staff is friendly and proactive, they are not lazy and boring like at other student housing complexes.
They always give free stuff away too, like the target gift card that I hope I will win today ;),
But overall this will be a great place to live .
