The Party Concierge

Party Concierge is amazing. I cannot believe the talent this place has. My sons wedding rehearsal dinner looked beautiful. The table arrangements were so beautiful. The lead table was decorated beautifully with balloons, flowers and this transformed the room.
So easy to work with, they took the lead. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We had our annual fundraiser on Saturday. I had not been to The Party Concierge since they moved into their new building until I went there to place the balloon order. I missed the fun showroom they had — with all the paper products and small decorations you could browse.
We had them create four simple balloon topiaries for our event. They were beautiful — just as I had imagined them. When I arrived to pick them up in my Prius, they helped me carry them out to the car. We had a few problems getting the larger arrangements in the hatch, at which point they said they did not have any deliveries to make for the next half hour so they loaded them in their van and followed me to our event site (which was only a mile away). They were so kind to go the «extra mile» — literally and figuratively! I will definitely use them again in the future.

The Party Concierge did a fantastic job providing pipe and drape and these AMAZING props for our Hard Hats & High Heels Gala. Tom was great to work with and everything was exactly as we wanted it. When it comes to custom props, the Party Concierge team can’t be beat!

We had our largest event of the year, almost 1000 people for a sit down dinner and the party concierge provided some incredible décor. Their staff was very easy to work with and even after it was set up and eat realized a few lights were out on a prop– they came back to give us replacement bulbs. They have some incredibly cool props that Will take your event to the next level!

I’ve been working with The Party Concierge for about 14 years. Both for professional and personal events. I can honestly say that I’ve never had an issue with anything they have ever done. They are affordable, friendly, come up with the greatest ideas but most importantly dependable! I will always refer co-​workers and family/​friends to the best party planners in Northern California!!!

Despite the phenomenal beauty of their photos of past events, I passed on their services during the first rounds of proposals due the sticker shock at seeing the quote. The price was poopy. But my regular folks didn’t carry a specific sized item that Party Concierge had, and so back we went.
There are no words for how fantastically everything turned out!!! I’m so over the moon pleased by the ease of working with them AND with the GORGEOUS décor they provided. Over the top… the client was so blown away by how everything came together…
We will absolutely be doing business with them again whenever we can!

I thought Tom was very fun. But the goods being almost not delivered and the lil couch was a joke. We should get a refund for all the problems and the couch.

I hired The Party Concierges for my wedding in May because they came highly recommended at my reception venue. Tom was nice during our consultation but like the other reviewer said they are expensive! I got the impression that he heard our budget and was just trying to be at the top of it. We ended up ordering a sofa and beverage ice sculpture.
I found it a little odd that we didn’t have to give a deposit until 4 monthes before the wedding. Also there was multiple delivery charges (a drop off and pick up charge.)
When calling to make payments It was annoying that the only person allowed to take my payment was Tom which often meant I had to wait for a returned phone call.
Now the day of the wedding…
As we (all of the bridesmaids and myself) are arriving at the church the delivery man calls my cell phone for directions! First of all, Tom was given the event coordinator number and the mother of the bride’s number so why would you ever call the bride? Secondly, you were chosen because that’s who the venue uses for all of their events how do you not know how to get there? Lastly it’s called GPS and for the amount of money I paid you should have one!
The delivery man had the nerve to tell my bridesmaid (who answered the phone because naturally I was busy) that he wasn’t going to deliver my items! Excuse me its paid for there is no option not to deliver this is my wedding! Lucky for me my pastor took over the conversation and my items were delivered! Thankfully I have smart and caring friends and family, I wasn’t told the details of the conversation until weeks after the wedding.
The beverage ice sculpture was very nice and worked perfectly! The sofa was a joke and a complete waste of money!

The Party Concierge is my first choice for event décor for my projects. I have been working with their team of décor professionals for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. As an event coordinator, reliability, ease of service and cutting edge ideas are a requirement. They have provided me with props, ice carvings, floral centerpieces and balloons. They really are the premier event décor and design company in town. I highly recommend them.

I was shocked to find out today that Party Concierge headquarters was destroyed in a five-​alarm fire last month. Apparently a fire that began in a neighboring warehouse eventually consumed both buildings, taking with it 20 years of props and supplies — many that were unique or handmade by local craftsmen/​artists. I drove by today and found one square block of scorched rubble. Very sad.
They are, however, still in business. What I like about Party Concierge is that they’ve always been big supporters of the community, and in turn the community supported them by helping them with clean up and recovery. They are now working from a temp location providing things like balloons and basic party supplies and hope to return to full prop-​renting form in short time.
I’ll continue to support this business as it is a prime example of a great local business with unique offerings!

The HEALTH EDUCTION COUNCIL ice sculpture was the hit of the event! Everyone loved it! I actually saw people with their arms around it taking pictures! Thanks Tom for making the venue look so incredibly beautiful!

The Party Concierge — A wonderful company full of wonderfully talented people! If you are having an event and want some unique and special decorations, you must come here. From small birthday parties, to weddings, to Bar/​Bat Mitzvahs, to corporate events, the staff can help you make your event the best! They are always coming up with new ideas and are up to date on the latest trends. Florals, ice carvings, balloons, props, banners, you name it. They have examples up in their showroom, along with a whole warehouse full of décor, and photo albums to help you decide what you want. A must see in Sacramento!

It looks like a really awesome party supply store like wishing well, but then add a giant tiger, bunny and life size props of every theme.
The folks are nice. However, everything in which I was interested, was not available to take home that day, nor was I able to talk to a decision maker about a couple of props I wanted. Bummer.
It kind of seems that maybe they don’t need business that badly, but I’ve never heard of anyone using them … so I don’t know. I guess they do a lot of corporate gigs.
However, they did do some balloons for an elite event we were planning, and they were quite the hit. I hope to use them again and give another star or two. Maybe find a way to incorporate the giant Scooby Doo head they have on display. Ruh-​ro. (Or maybe that was Astro.)
