My kids have been coming here for about 2 years now. The staff are friendly and professional and genuinely seem to care about the well being of my boys’ dental health. They educated me and provided great advice on how to help care for their teeth. We also get a balloon and a prize after every visit which of course the boys love! They are also excellent at reminding me when we are next due for an appointment — usually every 6 months we have a check up. The only negative I have is that they are only open on Mondays so sometimes this can be a little inconvenient(hence the 4* instead of 5*). I would highly recommend this practice!

I have 3 children who have been coming here for 2 years. I love how the staff really take the time to make their patients feel comfortable. I am always informed about what is going on and allowed to make decisions about my children’s care. I really appreciate that they schedule patients with enough time so that there’s no rush, and I’ve never experienced them running late. Individual rooms are used for younger children, decreasing the chance of having a screaming, crying child next to you. My oldest child is taken care of in the main area. It’s quiet and dare I say, relaxing. My kids love this place, and I love this place. I wish they’d take me as a patient! On the down side, it’s not easy to find, and the signage reading DENTALFUN instead of The Tooth Station threw me off. Their hours are limited, and the answering service they use gave very poor driving directions. Last time I called, the girl didn’t even know they had a Natomas location! Hope that gets rectified.

This is the funniest dental practice I have seen in my life. They will refuse to take you if they don’t get to see and work(make money) of your child’s teeth every single month. I took both my kids there 2 times and then it was summer. Were OUT of the country for summer, came back and called to make an appointment, they refused us. Why? Because we were out for the last three months. Isn’t that crazy? If it’s their policy, then they should let people know the very first day of their visits. I am very disappointed, but luckily there are more dentists in Natomas than they are gas stations. We moved on. They lost 2 good patients with a great insurance. The doctor himself is cranky, and he doesn’t smile at the kids. The staffs are not friendly either. They are very rude. So move on there are better pediatric dentists in Natomas.
