The Waterleaf

My grandmother lived at this facility for about 4 years before her passing.
This facility is maintained very well and has beautiful landscaping so that the residents and employees have a beautiful place to spend their time. They always have various activities going on throughout the day so that the residents always have something to do to help them pass their time.
The employees are very helpful and friendly. They always tried to make small talk with my grandmother despite the language barrier. The staff was always there to help my grandmother whenever she would lose her balance and fall over. Plus they always were sure to call my uncle to let him know if she were short on medication or if she was having other health issues that weren’t serious enough to call the paramedics. If they did have to call the paramedics to transport her to the hospital, they would immediately contact my uncle to let him know that they had to send her to the emergency room for whatever the issue was at the moment in time.
