ThinkHouse Collective

This place is great. I love the collaborative open vibe that’s created in this atmosphere. I’ve been a member here for the last three months and although I am not there as much as I’d like to be due to travel distance, I feel my $ 49/​monthly fee is well worth it. I have met some very cool interesting and smart people here. Jeremy is an owner of the place and does a great job facilitating and making sure the environment is welcoming and at the same time encourages innovation.
The only downside is the parking, which is addressed when you first sign up. If I didn’t have to drive into downtown and find parking and move my car every couple of hours to avoid parking tickets it would be ideal. Alas, that’s a small inconvenience and just a way of life in the city. Parking is always a premium.

So far so awesome! I’ve been a member of ThinkHouse for about 4 months now. Zero regrets! As your typical independant designer/​creative kind of person, I needed a space that I could go to escape the routine of working alone at home. ThinkHouse is in a prime location, super easy to get to from either 50 or 80. The biggest perk is the community of co-​workers. Friendly, respectful, and genuine. I checked out the other co-​working communities around town and ThinkHouse is the one that fit me, my budget and my lifestyle. Hoping to grab up a more permanent suite soon! Highly recommend!

I was a member of Thinkhouse from Jan 1^st 2013-​Dec 31^st 2013. I thought it was well worth the $ 49 monthly fee for unlimited wifi, coffee, and networking. I made some great friends there and learned ways to be more productive with my own company.
I’m moving on to a live/​work apartment, but this place is worth it.

For those who work as independent contractors, working from home or out of coffee shops can become a bit tedious after a while. And as nice as it is to have the freedom of not having an office, sometimes you still miss having a place that allows you to separate work and home a bit.
For someone like me, the Thinkhouse serves as a place where I can be around other creative professionals, bounce ideas when I need to, and simply get work done in a space that’s really designed for working. It’s that additional space that keeps me from becoming too isolated and/​or too disconnected from other people in my field and similar or overlapping fields.
They’re also host to some pretty kick-​ass events (which are open to the public), like their weekly Tuesday Bull Sessions and their Monthly Book Club Pub Crawls. Events like these keep all of us in the loop with some of the best books on entrepreneurship and creativity as inspire us with new ideas we can apply to our own businesses, whatever they might be. And there have already been quite a few collaborative success stories that have come out of these events.
Janna and Jeremy have done a great job with this place, and I hope we see more coworking spaces around Sac from these two in the future.

For the self-​employed who long for that social connection, a place to bounce ideas, a room with lots of light that’s clean and uncluttered… this «house» can be your new work home. Jeremy and Janna, the brains behind the collective, invite you to be part of this new family. Kick-​off you shoes and stay awhile.
The high-​water Craftsman is an eye-​popping color scheme. The inside is all that and more — though toned down! It’s professional and hip and I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t feel right at home.
You can get down to business in total comfort. Various work spaces, business quality Wi-​Fi (the best connection EVER according to Jeremy), a kitchen that beats anything I have at home. The Collective is all tidy and organized. Have you seen my home office? Well, I know where most stuff is but I keep thinking one of these days I’m really going to get it shipshape. With the Collective all that fuss and muss has been handled for you. Naturally you’[re expected to be polite and clean-​up after yourself, but the heavy lifting is all handled by Collective elves.
There are a variety of membership levels. Drop by for the day or choose the package that best suits your business and creative needs. Make new friends, share ideas, find support, and a place to dust out the cobwebs. Or, if you just want a change of scenery and some quiet and alone time… the Collective can provide.

I am presently a member of this coop office space for creatives. The vibe is warm, friendly and professional. There are different tiers of membership, all of them affordable and a great deal for the value of service. You get access to a great work space, killer wi-​fi, and various spaces to get your work on. The folks that run the joint, Janna and Jeremy are supportive, friendly and easy to work with. If you are a creative professional needing a work space, think about the ThinkHouse Collective.

I became a member mid-​December and enjoy working everyday here at ThinkHouse Collective. I need a space that’s quiet and a place where I can come in before 9am. Huge fan, once the weather gets nice I’ll be able to ride my bike to work. How cool is that?

I recently had a chance to check out Sacramento’s newest co-​working space, and I am definitely a fan.
ThinkHouse Collective bills itself as the home of the «creative class,» and is intended as a workspace for independent professionals. They offer open areas with plentiful desks and chairs, and there are private offices that you can rent, too. Their membership plans offer superior flexibility – you can join as a full-​time monthly member or opt for pay-​as-​you-​go plans.
The warm, inviting Craftsman 2-​story (converted from a private residence) provides lots of windows that bring in natural light. A full kitchen is available on the premises, too. Whimsical art fills the walls. Front and back porches provide excellent spots for outdoor thinking and people watching. The Fox and Goose is just a few steps away if you need to step out for a bite to eat, and there are numerous cafes and shops within easy walking distance.
If you need a peaceful, inspiring workspace away from home, I highly recommend ThinkHouse.
