So surprised to find out how big this place really is. It has a large store area infront and even larger warehouse of treasures in the back. The very back outside even has a galore of items, too! There’s even a small up stairs. It felt never-ending in a good way! Definitely need to come back and explore all their great loot. The sales and color combinations made it easy to grab more items for less.

I was underwhelmed by this thrift store. It’s probably hit or miss, I imagine. It’s large, which is nice, with a lot of space devoted to housewares and dishes, and also some clothing, a small book area, and lots of furniture in very poor condition. There is no air conditioning. There is plenty of parking down the side of the store, out back. Everything felt a bit dusty. The staff were kind and helpful but it wasn’t a fun shopping experience. Also the clothes size range was very small.

I discovered Thrift management thrift store as I was driving down Franklin Boulevard. I had no intentions to shop today, But I have a problem of which I do not deny… when retail beckons, even gently used retail, I will hear it, I will see it, and I will answer. Thus, I flipped a u-turn at the next light and drove as fast as I could back to the thrift management. I feared someone swoop in and grab the exact piece that I was eyeballing. What the hell was I thinking? I’m on Franklin blvd in the middle of the afternoon, it’s 103 degrees and there’s not a soul in sight. I reminded myself to breathe as I briskly walked to the front of the store. There were several pieces of furniture on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. I diligently began to inspect the pieces. There were hardwood coffee tables, ladder back chairs, several beautiful vintage dressers, with a gorgeous rounded front edge, and a couple of antique desks with dove tailed drawers. I looked for alterations or repairs that may have been done, which incidentally would significantly devalue an Antique. I found nothing more than small nicks and flaws in the stain. These pieces were the real deal… This store has really good stuff! I walked inside and headed to the back of the store where the kitchen ware, crystal, and collectible trinkets are displayed. I started rummaging through this amazing collection of stuff. I felt hot. It felt like an oven door was left open. Was I that excited??? Au contraire. Turns out that the rear wall of thrift management is made out of metal siding. The afternoon sun was beating down on it. I had to get out before I suffocated. I quickly made an about face and glanced at the bottom shelf for a split second. They had grilling pans and I have been wanting one for a while. I found a grilling pan that looked like it had never been used. It had a coated lid like the one Ive been eyeballing at Macy’s. But it was a fraction of the cost, in fact it was only $ 3.99. I grabbed the baking pan, paid for it at the front register, and left. I decided to come back on another day when it wasn’t quite as warm to take a second look at the furniture. If you like thrifting like me, I must say that this store is a hidden gem. It has a little bit of everything and I think you should come and check it out.

So much goodness. Best customer service ever for a thrift store. I’ll be a regular. It’s got that feeling of easiness and vibrations that one who is a thrift shop purist can truly appreciate.

Friendly Don’t really put prices on items, but are very reasonable, willing to haggle.

My friend Pam and I had just left Franklin Animal Hospital in pretty down moods as I had gotten bad news from the Dr. regarding a dog I have. We needed some therapy… retail therapy. You know the kind? You want to walk around in a daze not spoken to and left alone until you have taken in every color, sound, texture and feeling that will take you away from your enveloped bad mood. The feeling you get when you can totally escape your own mindset by being swallowed up in a world of others people’s stuff. This retail shop not only does that for you but in the end… the majority of the money and donations get put right back into society to help the helpless transients, drug users, alcoholics and down-trodden to revamp their lives and get moving back in society to work and be useful and regain their sense of integrity and pride. This is a great place to donate to(we do so weekly) buy from and also just hang out at. I’m not much on shopping but I do like to just mill around unbothered by a staff that knows when to let you roam. Good luck Alexis! We are all rooting for your success!
