Always busy. Waited for 4 hours because I was a walk in but that’s better than making an appt because that would of been a two month wait. Pretty ridiculous. Staff in front is very rude and always seemed mad like she hates people. She was yelling at every patient that came in. I gave it an extra star but because the other front desk staff was very nice and polite. Don’t come here unless you can’t speak English and don’t mind whatever the hell front desk lady is saying. Anyways the doctor is nice tho! Sweet old man, but not worth the wait and madness going on in there. Going to switch up my primary Doctor for sure

They do what they can to help. With the high volume of people that call in.

This doctor is a freaking joke. He is so old and senile. Don’t come here to even waste your breath. Go somewhere else if you are looking for preventative care.
As I was sitting here, people who came before me came in and then only saw him each time for 5 – 10 minutes and they were out. What is this a rotating door that I don’t know about?
I came here with my dad to get some more information regarding his medical records. My dad has been coming here for years or so cause he’s the only local one in the area. Already my dad tells me he has to pay for this and that every time he goes even for a physical which isn’t even part of copay which I already considered odd because it is only once a year that you should pay co-​pay.
Some background, I had an independent company come and do blood work for him. They sent the results stating he was high in certain areas and that a doctor needs to look at these results. So the results come in and i venture out to this Crack Dr to get his opinion on his preventative care.
This guy was like o yes everything is good when the range is like almost borderline to the exceeds ratio. I was like well what steps are you taking to prevent this and he says its in range it is ok, i said no it is not! and he was getting mad at me so he freakin shoo me out of his office. WTF i am asking you a legit question and just cause you dont want to answer, you think you can shoo me away like a fly.
Freakin Joke.
TL;DR — Crackhead Doctor. Stay Away

it helps when the dr speaks English this dr only signs important papers on weekends and doesn’t help much his staff is nice but not trained very well to do there jobs!

Ok, my dad and sister have both changed to scheduling appointments now. He still has open spots for walk ins, but they have limited spots.
They also moved right next door to 7260 East Southgate Dr.
The office itself has just been newly renovated in 2012 as well.
