TNT Classic

I am pretty dissapointed in Mikes work. From the first look of the shower it looks great and very nice. But once you start looking there are some flaws in his workmanship! I had Mike come a refinish my Tab and shower in the master bath. I am a guy who looks at reviews and gets references. But I did not with Mike because I liked him and he sounded like a stand up guy!
He was on time and went to work. It was going to take 2 days so I took the days off from work. He ended up having to leave one day to do another job so it put my job one day behind.
I think he rushed the job and it shows. There was dust particles in the paint on the vanity and shower walls and over spray on the window sills and gave them a dull look. The tub was not sprayed evenly at all. Nice and shiny in some part and rough and dull in others!
He told me to get car wax and wax the whole shower top to bottom and that is when I started to find the flaws. Between the colored walls and the white tub there were areas that were missed. I was told that was were the tape was pulled off. The tub was sprayed very unevenly. There are places on the tub that seem to be spray very thin. He said there is five coat of paint! I disagree with that as you can see the old tub underneath.
I called and had him come back. It took about 5 weeks to get him back. I address the issues and he said he would fix the problem and air brush spay and fix the issues. I should have left it alone because he used a brush and not an air brush and you can see the brush marks and he didnt even cover all of the area in question! He even painted around the drain that was missed and over brushed the new satin finished drain!
He never called to see if I was happy after repairing his mistakes!
In the end I feel his workmanship was poor on my job and he rushed it to move on to the next job! Be sure to look at all of the details before he leaves with payment!

We needed our old 1948 tiled kitchen to be refinished– I called around and so many other places were expensive or didn’t even return calls back. Michael from TNT promptly returned every call or email. He showed up early to refinish our kitchen and in 5 hours we had a new looking kitchen. He is very professional, gets right to the work, cleans up everything and takes it back with him. He did a Awesome job ! we would recommend him and his business to everyone.
He does more then refinish tiles too.
