U.S. Bank Tower Parking Garage

I hate to leave a review like this, especially my place at work, but today was pretty embarrassing for the Towers management staff. Megan Davis is the manager at the U.S. Bank Tower building, I’m a business owner within the Tower at Sola. Megan Davis failed to inform her Employee Chris about the routine with working with parking validations for the business within the tower. I unknowingly was getting free passes, not realizing it wasn’t being taken out of my weekly rent with business. Poor Chris didn’t realize that either until yesterday. So Megan’s «professional» way to deal with this situation was blowing up my phone, leaving short nasty voicemails, on my personal cell and business line. I got back to her that day as soon as I could told how sorry I was about that, I had no idea, offered to pay for my passes (which she of course agreed too) and had no problem giving the money to her. Even offered her free goods from my business to show there was no hard feelings, which she denied. The next day I was walking to the parking garage, only to walk in on her in the lobby, telling the whole security team about me and I just scammed the parking lot. I was also calling her on my phone not realizing it was her standing in front of me, that I had dropped off the check. The security guard knew it was me calling, and knew I was standing right front of her bad mouthing me BECAUSE I WORK IN THE BUILDING AND HE PAYS ATTENTION, but I already caught her rolling her eyes acting put out to take my call which was to save her from getting in trouble, since she couldn’t handle doing her job and explaining to Chris (the new guy) how the procedures worked in the tower). She quickly straitened up and gave me a fake smile when she realized it was me. Super disappointed that the U.S. Bank Tower allows someone like that to be management. She put the blame on me to save her own @$$ and frankly I dread the thought of having to work with her ever again. If you’re thinking about doing business here, my recommendation is DON’T.
