I live in Chicago have used Valpro Attorney Services three times now for a child custody case in Sacramento. Henry and his staff are competent, efficient, professional, and they quickly respond to service requests. I came to them after another company closed my request due to their inability to serve Respondent after one month of trying. Henry suggested a stakeout, asked for pictures of Respondent and people he lived with and any other information that would help them successfully serve Respondent. The following day, I received an e-​mail with Proof of Service attached – SUCCESS! I decided to use them again when I had to serve Respondent with more papers, again with success. Most recently, I used their court runner service to file documents at the Family Court on my behalf. Henry called me while his runner was at the filing window and explained a deficiency in one of my filings; he clearly explained the problem to me and suggested a way to remedy the problem. I consulted with a local attorney friend, explained the problem, and she confirmed that Henry’s solution would work just fine. Henry stays well-​connected with his staff and is able to make last minute requests when possible. I am so glad to have found this company and would highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing process server or court runner services. THANKS, GUYS!

Wasn’t impressed with a recent call. I was on the phone with him for a total of two minutes and he ASKED what happened at the sheriff’s office (they screwed up) and when I started to tell him what happened he didn’t want to know. RUDE! I’m stressed and have never been through anything like this before. I feel victimized by the perpetrator and the system. Thanks for you understanding… NOT! If you want someone who gives a crap about your situation, don’t call here!

Overall, Henry at Valpro was very helpful and speedy! I wanted to file paperwork with the Secretary of State and he was able to have it delivered the same day. Throughout the process, Henry was very patient with all of the questions I had as this was my first time and I had to bother him so much. Sorry about that Henry, you’re awesome!

Henry handled two somewhat complicated services of process for me recently. One he filed with a typo, and when the Court told me about that, Henry made it right that very same day. I can’t recommend Valpro strongly enough!

I called them in a panic to have a restraining order served to the other party. I was literally in tears and only had a 2 hour window to have the papers obtained from the Sheriffs dept. at the Family Court house (who I was going to have serve, but due to the delay and urgency of the matter I needed the restraining order effective immediately).

Absolute Pros! I needed someone to serve a defendant in Sacramento and I found Valpro. I faxed the documents and Henry called me back right away and needed extra info. He made a cover letter for the court notice and made sure all the documents were in order. The next day in the morning the defendants had been served, and for a low price! Very professional. Henry knows this business, I do not. I called him after I tried to deliver the summons myself (via a friend) but missed the deadline. After I rescheduled I realized I didn’t need to take the risk of making another mistake.
