Van’s Carpet provided great service from the professional estimate which included explanation of the process and different service options, along with the great product and courteous, considerate, expert installers. All was left clean and beautiful. I will be using them again in the future for more flooring installs.

I purchased flooring from Lowes and had nothing but problems. Lowes would not stand behind the sale. Vans Carpets helped me with writing a letter and helped me with new flooring. Outstanding service and I will only go to Van’s now. The best! Thanks for all your help!!!

This was the best service throughout the entire process that I have ever received. Nan goes out of her way to meet you when needed and returns calls and e-​mail promptly. I live out of the area which can make things harder but Nan made it easy. I just went to look at the installation and it is great. An entire house including stairs.
I would not hesitate to use Van’s Carpet in the future. I wish this kind of customer service and workmanship was the norm for everything!
