I moved into the apts in early Jan, and have had no problems. Shelly is very cool to deal with; the maintenance people (Francisco Sr./ Jr.) are very helpful if you need them.
Love the spaciousness of the apartments, and the fact that they are off Marconi (not directly on the street), for the most part.
Grounds are kept up, clean, and tidy!

Reading that other review was harsh… At Village Commons, there is peace and tranquility. The grounds are kept nicely. The owner is involved heavily in making improvements, and the residents are very warm-​hearted. I love living here. If you enjoy a quiet neighborhood, a pool, beautiful landscaping, great neighbors, a central location to major attractions and a place away from the hustle-​and-​bustle of the city
