Great customer service!!! I got my son a used go cart for Christmas and it didn’t run properly. Mohammed had my cart picked up and work on it in time for Christmas. It needed some tuning a week later and he came by on a Saturday to work on it at my house. Awesome service! It’s hard to find good quality small business owners these days but VIP definitely is a business with all the right practices.

Excellent service every time! Very knowledgable and customer service oriented staff! Rentals, sales, and repairs in one spot. They also do towing services if you can’t bring your cart in for repair. This is a family business and the staff here treats everyone like family when they walk in the door.
