I have known Nate for many years and have always greatly appreciated his attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge that he brings into every inspection. My wife and I have looked to VM3 on several occassions throughout the last ten years when its come to rental properties we were looking at or either of the homes we purchased. I own my business and work from home. I have been feeling sick lately and I went to my doctor. He stated I may have mold in my home. I also have Crohns disease so I am sensitive to my body as well as my surroundings. I found VM3 Environmental online so I called them. I spoke with Nate for 20 minutes and we scheduled an appointment. The inspector that arrived was Nate which I was glad because he was the same guy I spoke with on the phone. He began his inspection, he went through all rooms, checked all walls and flooring. Nate found mold growth near my office in a HVAC closet that had been leaking. We tested and I received a detailed report of what he found. Nate called me and explained what was found and how we can proceed with removing the mold. VM3 does not do the mold removal because that would be a conflict of interest, but Nate explained what I should look for in a restoration company. He also wrote me a scope (no charge) for the mold remediation company to follow. I will have Nate with VM3 Environmental come back out after the mold is removed to do another test to make sure the mold is gone.

Prior to moving to San Diego, I was a realtor in the Sacramento area. When it comes to testing for mold, Nate with VM3 is the one to contact for any air testing needs, residential or commercial. I have been working with Nate for over a decade and you won’t find a more ethical or professional technician. He is always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to patiently walk clients through the process.
