I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for counter tops in their home or business. I, Travis Bonanno, do all the purchasing for Alpine Cabinet Co. and have used VSS hundreds of times. They always go above and beyond if we ever have an emergency or special order. Carolyn, in the office, is a joy to work with and is always very friendly and polite.

Horrible customer service the worst you can imagine they are very rude on the phone and are very unprofessional do not come here their countertops suck waste of money and the worst customer service lady marcia tucker tried getting help but was very rude to me !!!

Fantastic customer service and product. We ordered a countertop from Home Depot that we would install ourselves. When it was delivered by VSS, it was just slightly too long. We called VSS and they returned to pick it up that same day. They were very polite and professional, and never once tried to make us feel like the mismeasurement was our fault. They didn’t care why it didn’t fit, they just fixed it, and fast. The countertop is exactly what we wanted and it looks great. It is rare to find this type of customer service.
