I love the convenience of this location because it’s so close to my house but I do wish they were open 24 hours like some of the other Walgreens.

I come here off and on when im on a break at work is close by and they always have deals on some things, they are always good about greeting you and saying«thank you for coming» in a way that get a little annoying because they always greeting to much. Which i understand they want to make it more welcoming. The parking isnt to bad, but i just walk next door so thats not an issue for me. They have a pharmacist during the early hours that will answer any questions u have, its really helpful when u have a cold and just want to pick up some cold medicine. Over all not that bad of a pharmacy they are helpful and they are polite thats a big thing in my book, stop by get ur pics developed in the photo section, refill ur meds or pic up a quick small thing to eat but its south sac so try getting here during the day unless ur from around this area and ur familiar with the area.

Went to pick up my pictures and waited almost 15 minutes for someone to just get my photos! And they didn’t cut my 4×4 photos!

I love my corner WALGREENS! There is always plenty of friendly faces scattered about to help. Look closely down the isles because there will always be some unadvertised discount to discover. There is a REDBOX at this location however it empties of new titles often * so reserve ahead of time! I also love the drive through pharmacy and often use this convenient way to pick up prescriptions. This is by far one of the best WALGREENS in Sacramento.

Hello, my name is Lesley. Yesterday I came into this location to look for medicine since I had a really bad cold to the point that I couldn’t speak. I came up to the register and a guy in a nicer uniform asked me for my ID because of the product. I had told him I forgot my wallet and had only carried my Debit card with me and I told him I was over 18, he also refused to see MY fathers ID for MY medication. This seriously upsetted me because I ended up driving to another location on meadowview and they NEVER asked for my ID. The box clearly said 12 and Older i don’t understand why the guy would say I had to be 21+ to purchase it. OKAY? My dad who is over 55+ was with me and refused to sell us the product. I seriously won’t be coming back to the florin location.

There are 3 Walgreens stores that I pass along my daily commute, this is one of those stores. I don’t shop here as frequently as the others, only because it hasn’t been as convenient. Otherwise, it’s a good solid drug store, but located on a heavily trafficked corner of 24th street and Florin Rd. which is also in a not so attractive neighborhood. Depending on the time of day, busy traffic and panhandlers are often a deterrent for me to decide whether I will stop or not stop in. Yes, it’s in ghetto land, but kudos for doing their best to cover it up. Depending on the time of day, the store employees are usually helpful and nice. They can’t prevent the dirty, stinky, pajama wearing people from entering the store, so at least the business keeps shoppers moving along. The shelves are fully stocked with the supplies that are commonly found in a drugstore and maintained in a neat & tidy manner despite it’s locale. I’ve actually had some pleasant shopping surprises on occasion. Like finding my favorite brand and shades of cosmetics on sale or products that were«buy one, get a second one half off!» They even carry some items that I can’t seem to find anywhere else. It’s always nice to explore this store once in a while. That’s why I still go, for the surprises!

I used a disposable waterproof camera during some rafting and snorkeling trips. This is the only Walgreens in the Sacramento area that still processes film cameras. Processing my pictures took 1 hour. They did not charge me for exposures that failed to develop.

Panhandlers day and night. I know this isn’t the greatest neighborhood but seriously, there are so many people begging for money! It gets really annoying. Especially when they’re mostly men and seem like they’ve been using drugs all their lives, it’s creepy! I come here on a daily basis to get cigarettes or something I need. and the prices aren’t bad and the customer service isn’t bad either. Maybe it’s because these people see me so much! I find the people here to be very knowledgeable but they don’t make an effort like a customer service employee should… Took two stars off because I feel like they should control what goes on outside the doors of their store. They should always be aware that there are people — whether homeless or just cheap — outside begging for money.

This Walgreens, though located in a not very good neighborhood is surprisingly clean, spacious, and had reasonably friendly staff. The manager(woman) on duty was only somewhat friendly, but the associate that helped me return several items and then rebuy them to get a deal was helpful and friendly. The cashier(young gal) was pretty rude though. I don’t usually go to this Walgreens and wouldn’t have gone here had the other Walgreens I usually go to had the items I was looking for. Prices are ridiculously high at all drug stores like Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, but surprisingly, I saw several regularly priced items here that were actually cheaper than at CVS, which just goes to show how pricey CVS is(but that’s a different review…) ~ !

Right of Florin and 24th St. Easy access to the parking lot. Busy location. Always plenty of people in here…
