I am like dying to write this review, because I’ve never understood how some businesses have these young people working and/running there business and they can’t even answer basic questions asked. So I stop in this Wal Greens on my way home verses having to go out of my way for another one. There was a young lady working the counter, she was maybe 19 or 20 year’s old. And lost as can be. I asked her a question about something I wanted and she told me to go to the cosmetic department because that’s where I can get it. So I have to walk all the way around this long counter they have right in the middle of the store. Which I also had to walk around just to ask her the question when I enter the store. It just seems all out of places. It makes the store look very clutter. Ater getting to the cosmetic area and there’s no one there and I had to return to the cashier, who can look right over at the cosmetic area to see that no one’s was there when she asked me to go in the first place. Let me just tell you all I was the only person in the store when this all began, but now she has four others people in line now that she has to ring up. Let me just say the young lady didn’t have a clue of what to do or who to call. Then after about 3 or 4 minutes she asked me could I wait until she rang up the four customers that’s in line. The look on my face was golden and so was hers when I headed out the front door. F.Y.I, there were 2 other employees in the store, but they were totally engaged in what they were working on and they too are young ladies around about the same age as the cashier. I’ve come to this store before and it was pretty clean and a lil more opened~ like you could see down ailes and it was not over crowed looking. So as far as Wal Greens, I like Wal Greens, but I think I’m cool with this one. Not unless I REALLY have to stop here. I wish I could have given them more stars…

This review is for their photo printing services. I ordered some photos online and was sent an email telling me to pick them up. When I got there, the guy said he couldn’t find my order and didn’t see it on the computer either and told me I’d have to reorder and wait a few days again. What the heck?! I needed the photos soon too so I explained myself and he was kind enough to set things right and I did end up getting my photos on the spot. But a few days later, another email was sent saying I still haven’t picked up my photos. Wow… The system failed but at least customer service was nice about it.

If I could give this rating 0-stars, I would. I go to walgreens several times a week in my neighborhood, but ended up stopping at this store on the way home. Worst decision I ever made. The women in cosmetics are rude… Hell, a baby chimpanzee can do the job 1000 times better. They have no knowledge of the products sold at their own store, have no clue how to work the merchandise scanner and if you ask them questions, on 2 things will happen: they’ll ignore you or just stare at you. The manager lady looks like she’s 12 and will argue with customers repeatedly. How the h*ll is she a manager??? The ppl in the photo dept were really nice and very attentive to the customers… So was the front cashier. Overall, I will NEVER go here again… EVER… Even if running inside protected me from lightening, bullets and a wolf pack of hyenas… NOPE!!!

Great place to get things you won’t find elsewhere. Store looks really clean. They do a good job of keeping items stocked up on the shelf. Employees provide great customer service here.

My son was constipated for a few days. We used Miralax but is took awhile so we tried Pedia Lax suppositories! Highly recommend this! As soon as we used it within a minute he went. Happy mom, happy 3 yr old boy!

I will never shop at the Walgreens on the corner of Mack and Franklin again the staff and pharmacist were very rude and not helpful. I went in to purchase claratin and asked the pharmacist if they have any claratin and she said«no, if it’s not there it’s not there»; then I asked when will they get any and she said«how should I know?!» she made me feel like it was a burden to address my needs. As a senior citizen patronizing Walgreens I will take my business elsewhere where i will be treated with respect. I have let my friends know of this rude incident. This happened in the spring of 2012

The old Indian man working in the photo lab was really nice. He was helpful because I couldnt load my photos online. He looked at my phone and figured out the problem I had been trying to figure out forever, I needed to add a phone number. Smh. Swear I’m not blonde.

A Walgreens is a Walgreens is a Walgreens. Yes, it’s in ghetto land, but kudos for doing their best to cover it up. Depending on the time of day, the store employees are usually helpful and nice. They can’t prevent the dirty, stinky, pajama wearing people from entering the store, so at least the business keeps shoppers moving along. The shelves are fully stocked with the supplies that are commonly found in a drugstore and maintained in a neat & tidy manner despite it’s locale. I’ve actually had some pleasant shopping surprises on a number of occasions. Like finding my favorite brand and shades of cosmetics on sale,(because Walmart can’t keep them in stock), or cold medications that were«buy one, get a second one free!» They even have some products that I can’t seem to find anywhere else. It’s always nice to explore this store once in a while. That’s why I go, for the surprises!

I don’t particularly like this Walgreens. It’s ghetto and seems like it’s dirty in the store. Most of the people I see shopping here always seem to be sloppy and over all nasty. They seem to be mostly wearing pajama bottoms(most of the time dirty), hair that looks as if they haven’t been brushed or washed in days on end, or there are old men hitting on the younger females that are in the store shopping. I avoid this one as much as possible. And even if I happen to be closer to this one, I would rather drive further down Franklin to the one on the corner of Laguna.

Given that this Walgreens is on the corner of Mack Road and Franklin Blvd, it’s actually not *that* ghetto. Yeah, it’s pretty ghetto but not as bad as you might imagine. There are lots of people that shop here in their pajamas. A good place to run for those little things you need and those other random things you never knew you needed(or existed).
