Wally is my daughter’s State Farm Insurance representative and has been very welcoming and helpful in her move to CA in getting and setting up a insurance policy. His assistants are always pleasant and very glad to help and my own experience with State Farm has been pleasant for over 30 years of association. They have always evaluated and assessed damages promptly and paid for repairs. They may not always be the cheapest insurance option but the time you really need a «good neighbor» is when you have that accident or mishap and try to collect on the insurance you have been paying on for years.

Who knew dealing with an insurance agency would be a pleasant experience? I was in an auto accident the Friday after Thanksgiving. My case was handled promptly and I had my settlement in hand before the week was up! I have been a long time State Farm customer and I am impressed with the quality of service and attention I received from my agent, Wally Navarrette and his assistant, Veronica Luera. Wally called me within hours of the accident to be sure I was ok, and to get the details to start the claim, even though it was a holiday weekend. Sometimes the quality of a product is not how much it costs, but in the services provided. I will highly recommend this agent and his services to my friends and family from this point on!
