TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THIS STORE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!
I purchased a battery from them for my phone yesterday. Their battery is crap and did not work in my phone. My phone was still dead after numerous hours of me charging it. They have cheap defective batteries. I attempted to have this issue resolved today, but the store was closed! I arrived at 130pm there was a sign saying that they would be back by 2. I called the number posted outside and instead of the employee saying that we will fix your issue or I’m sorry that you’re having this problem. She said well what’s wrong with the battery, why isn’t it working. She did not even offer to do an exchange or refund. Clearly, customer service does NOT exist at this store! I waited around until approximately 2:10 — 2:15pm and no one arrived at the designated time posted on their window. I left and will NEVER return to this store and will encourage others to STAY AWAY from this terrible establishment.
