I have trained in the martial arts for over 30 years. Master Bansuelo has been one of my instructors. You will not find a better teacher. His knowledge and understanding of martial arts is vast and profound. His teaching style works well with adults and children.

I have been a student of Grandmaster Ed Bansuelo for 15 years and consider him not only to be my teacher, my mentor but also my friend. GM Ed’s martial arts background is diverse and well rounded. His ability to break down techniques into small manageable elements and then tie it all together is second to none, whether you are a novice or an advanced student, you will always take something away from class.
Under his instruction, I have studied Kabaroan Eskrima, Serrada Eskrima, Karakempo Karate and Hawaiian Lua. I have also learned the use of the kubotan /​palm stick, impact weapons, edged weapons, and empty hand techniques. I hold the rank of Associate Grandmaster (8^th degree black belt) in Kabaroan Eskrima.
I look forward to my classes and seminars with GM Ed and hope to continue my martial arts education with him.
Through Grandmaster Ed, I have been introduced to a number of martial artists, many of whom I consider friends including Grandmaster Ramiro Estalilla (Kabaroan), Master Wade Williams (Serrada), GM Anthony Davis (Serrada), Olohe Solomon Kaihewalu (Lua Halau O Kaihewalu), Master Dexter Labonog (Bahala Na Multi Style), GM Alfredo Bandalan (Doce Pares) and many others.
