This is a great «retirement» home. People who live hear don’t have to pay for anything (ac, heater, etc), but I think they have to pay for the phone? You get an amazing view depending on the floor you live on. They host holiday events. It’s like you’re basically living in a hotel!
I hate how there’s no parking though, 15 minutes parking only. You can park in the Downtown Plaza parking structure. I don’t know how to work the intercom outside of the building to contact the person we’re visiting, so we have to wait for something to come in/​out the building or call before hand.
