I don’t have to say much, this picture of my nails speaks thousands of words. Annnnnnnnnd lets just say I’m never going back.

My go-​to nail salon in Natomas for a gel mani and pedi! Thuy (Twee) always is consistent with her work and with the prices! I always call and make an appointment before I come in, but when I have to wait for Twee during busy times, she always provides great customer service by either giving me a discount or gift card.
The other ladies are very nice and friendly as well. Come see Thuy if you want a great gel mani or pedi!

Great at getting me in and out within an hour, but horrible quality manicure was ok but nails started chipping on day 3 by day 5 there was scratches on my nails. Not going back for sure!

First time here and beyond happy on the service. I had a pedicure dobe and loved how Grace was so detailed and took her time to make it perfect!

I had not been here in about two years, but this was my go to place for gel manicures and pedicures when I lived in Natomas. They ALWAYS had really good service. Last night after dinner I offered to treat my mom to a pedicure while I got a set of nail. We walked in about 720 – 730 pm, I was aware that they close at 8pm they said they could take us. My mom was seated and helped right away. I was told to pick my color. I was looking at color for 20 minutes and still no one had helped me or told me that there was only one person available to do powder/​acrylics. At 810 the male owner comes in and yells to come to his station. It was already after closing so I was surprised I was even being helped, I figured I just wasn’t going to get my nails done after all. He started filing the tops of my nails, he was about to put my tips on when I asked him if he could cut and clean under my real nails. Very rudely he told me «You don’t even have nothing, no nails.» Then he proceeded to glue on the tips. He asked me how short I wanted them and I told him how ever short he thought would be fine and I referenced back to my phone. And he yelled at me telling me that that’s on the phone and I need to tell him how I want them. Whatever. I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS. I’m always on my phone with one hand while they work on the other. I was only trying to show him the shape and color I wanted. After he sized them I was still on my phone with my right hand while he was trimming the left. He then starts yelling at me again telling me it’s too late for this and he doesn’t have time to be waiting on me to finish texting and if he’s going to do my nails I can’t be on my phone. At that point I was disgusted by how rude he had been and told him that if it’s too late to please take the tips off and I will pay for the tips he glued on and my moms pedicure. He then told me that he would have to soak my nails for 10+ min to remove the tips so he wasn’t going to do that. I said fine asked him to please trim them then. He said why would I waste his time and I told him if there wasn’t time to do my nails I should have been told that. I got up and move to a different station away from him. I could not believe this! A girl name grace was on her way out and insisted I let her soak my nails. There were still 4 other women in the salon getting nails/​pedicures and there was time to remove them. I really appreciated that. Julie did a nice job on my moms pedicure and she offered me a discount if I come back the next. I thanked her but I was not interested. That is the last time I will be going there. Very disappointed at the disrespect from the owner.

I had been going there for years, but then the customer service really went down hill. They would make you wait, even with an appointment. Then I started to question their cleanliness when I walked in and two huge roaches came from under the rug at the entrance. (This was in daylight) .

Terrible.
The work is about average. Nothing spectacular. Every other nail shop can match or beat them on quality and choices.
My issue is the rudeness. They lack manners. They’re extremely rude. Always talking in their language. They even bring food and eat while working. Just plain rude.
I almost forgot. Tip in cash only… I wonder why?

Love this place! So easy to get in and out. I get consistent pedicures here. Sometimes I get my brows waxed here too, I’ve been satisfied.

Second time going to this place, same person named Grace. Very good at pedicures that’s if you are a clean freak on cuticles. Thank you Grace! See you next time :)

My mom, sister and I come her monthly for a girls day out. Friendly staff and they do great nail art. Pedicures are amazing!

Awful customer service.
Got cut during pedi… still bleeding.
The story:
Brought my fiancé in to get a pedi… the tech cut him pretty bad on the side of his toe. When he brought it to her attention, she pretty much ignored him, turned to her co-​worker, said something in her native tongue, they both giggled, and she kept cutting his nails. He told her again, «you cut me, I’m bleeding», and she turned to another co-​worker, a male tech, and told him the situation. The male tech told my fiancé that he asked the tech to cut his nails so that it was basically his own fault and they’re was nothing they could do. Obviously there’s nothing that they could have done; he’s cut and bleeding, there no undoing that. A simple apology, an «I’m sorry» would have gone a long way. We got up to leave (my pedi was done) my fiancé states that he isn’t going to pay for his pedi… he was still bleeding! The male tech and the tech who did my pedi wouldn’t even look at us! They kept their heads turned, looking down, and basically said nothing to us. We paid for my pedi and will never return again.

It’s time to review…
I’ve never had my nails done in the location so I was hesitant about doing a review, however, I have been coming here for over a year for the waxing services.
I have always been pleased by the shop. Everyone seems to be enjoying their visit when I have been here. They are usually pretty busy but still very accommodating. I never make an appointment and the longest I have had to wait is maybe 5 minutes.
The girl that does the waxing is professional, efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience.
Not to mention the salon resident Chihuahua! He is absolutely adorable! Any place that has a resident animal automatically gets points from me!
I say, if you’re in the area and need a quick wax job, give this place a chance.

I got a very thoroough manicure and pedicure and leg massage with french tip color done perfectly and lasted 2 months the polish did, got them shellacked (sp?)
very nice, i was crying about something and they were very kind and took their time. the only draw back was asking me if I had cash for a tip! really? really. :(but they did do good work.

This salon gave me the WORST manicure. I just had a manicure a few hours ago. My nails are covered in tiny air bubbles. My nails look terrible. A 5-​year old could do a better job. I won’t be going back. Avoid this place!
