Excellent service, product quality and prices! Installed hard wood floors throughout my house in less than a week including removing ceramic tile from kitchen and marble from foyer. They cleaned up and covered all my other other rooms from preventing dust from spreading around. We took over a month in deciding which wood we wanted, and store owner, Mike was Very accommodating and patient with us. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Best Carpet & Floors for all your services. I’m now looking to change my kitchen backsplash and master bathroom now with them since they also do Kitchen and Bathroom renovations. Beautiful showroom as well.

After calling several tile-​specialized retailers in Bergen County looking for a special trowel required to apply a product called Schluter-​DITRA (a separation membrane for a new radiant floor heating system) I came across this retailer who had what I needed when many others did not.
They also carry unmodified mortar which I need to apply between my self-​leveling underlayment layer and the Schluter-​DITRA layer before laying the marble. I also had a tough time trying to find quality unmodified mortar (Home Depot and Lowe’s sell an inferior product) Which they conveniently also carried.
I stopped by on my lunch break to pick up the trowel and my supplies and found their business to be quite large, clean, and extremely well-​stocked with the latest in flooring material. They also had a great selection of exotic flooring material.
5-​stars for a great location and a great product line; they had what I needed (After calling several specialized flooring retailers) and I did not have to drive far!
