With the help of my fiancé’s research, I recently started using ChemTec for mice in my home and they have been so helpful, knowledgeable and polite! Ever since the first visit I noticed that the incidence of mice droppings became nonexistent. They walked around the interior and exterior of the house looking for entry ways and provided useful information on how to patch up problem areas as well as prevent future infestations. I signed up for the yearly plan which includes exterminating a number of pests (mice, spiders, ants, etc) and unlimited visits for only $ 30 a month – well worth it in my book. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I’ve used Chemtec since 2000 and at two different homes. Both houses had different Pests and Chemtec took care of it all. In Ridgewood, we had mice and ants. In Hawthorne we had ants and pill bugs. Not only do they come when they say they’re coming but their Service Technicians who come out are always friendly and professional. They pay attention to detail and make sure the fence gates are locked and no rock is unturned. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable and they are flexible if you run into hard times. Love the office staff whenever I call. Very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys for keeping us Pest free!
