I had a terrible experience with this ‘business’ — I requested deadbolts be put into my front and back door as well as locks be placed on the side of my cabinets. Easy request, right? Danny comes right now — mud on his shoes — and referred to me as a ‘moron’ because I didn’t understand the concept behind the cabinet locks. They did the ‘deadbolts’ and we scheduled a time for them to return to finish the job. They never showed up, are not responding to calls and I noticed something odd… the ‘deadbolts’ they put in are the exact same ones that everyone else in my townhouse complex have. Was any work actually done? I would never recommend them to anyone — call me a moron in my own home — overcharge for work and then never follow up to finish it. Thumbs down.
