This is by far the worst KFC. They rush you when you’re ordering, repeat the order back and still forget to give you your whole order. The staff is so rude. Please don’t rush me when ordering and forget to give me half my order because you’re lazy. You have a job because of my business.

I must agree with the he other posts this is by far the worst KFC in north Jersey. The staff always forgets something at this point I think they do it on purpose.

this is probably the worst KFC you can find in northern nj. besides being ridiculously expensive, the staff is AWFUL. theres 2 guys up front a lot who just look like they’d rather be in jail then be working, thats how miserable they look. they just stand their staring into space. it takes forever to get your food… last time in there i stood online 10 minutes, and still hadnt ordered. no one said hello, we’ll be right with you, nothing like that. i walked out. They’ll no longer get my money, Popeyes is right down the road, and when i walked in there, «hello how are you today»…fine, now that im no longer at kfc… dont say i didnt warn ya
