Terrible service terrible food will never come to this dump ever again. They were running out of food still let people order and bringing the wrong order out to the table.

The food is usually pretty good, but this place is SUHLOW. It takes 15 – 20 minutes to make it through the drive thru every time we go. We often skip Carl’s Jr. and go somewhere else because we dread the wait.

Typical Carl’s Jr, but this one has a play area for kids. The service was good, as well as the food. The restroom was clean. What more could you ask for.

I was the second car in the drive through and I waited more than 20 minutes to receive my order. I ordered an angus burger on the whole wheat roll. It was like eating a piece of cardboard. Just completely flavorless.

Burgers are ok, but it is nice having another option in town. Drive through is so slow that they should be held criminally liable for calling themselves a fast food restaurant.

Walk in no one to say hello wondered if there was anyone to take orders ??? I see people in grill area yet still no one at counter. Finally a girl comes to front register and just stands there looking at us. So we are like «hello»! I get a hi no apology for wait to which I ask so are u ready to take an order? I get a «yes» which I guess at this point is good … Really I mean how hard is it these days to get good service? If u don’t like ur job quit n get a new one! Order was taken at 816 it’s now 830 n still no food…? Soooo now what?

Solid Carl’s Jr. Only thing I do not like about Carl’s Jr is not getting out for under $ 10 for lunch, but that’s a known thing. It’s not your typical cheap fast food. Employees here are always personable, food is always fresh, and its always clean. Very rarely do you see idle hands here, they practice the «time to lean, time to clean», the leadership here is creating a good work ethic. If I want fast food here in Safford, this is my go to.
