Hayley is an amazing instructor! I have been training with her for several months. I am so grateful to her for helping me head towards reaching my fitness goals. Her knowledge, patience, kindness, support and encouragement to help me achieve personal overall health is unique. She is able to quickly assess areas of strength and weakness and makes adjustments to my workout to keep it safe, interesting and fun. Her studio is immaculate and so beautifully decorated.
